FBI Director Robert S. Mueller to Congress: I'm not telling you anything
The FBI is once again stonewalling the U.S. Congress, who have formally demanded to know the "personnel vacancy rate" in the agency's counterterrorism unit. Senators have repeatedly requested this information and have been turned down by the lawbreaking agency. So much for an open and transparent government.
