Is Hollywood Giving Terrorists Ideas

"Harold and Kumar Escape From Guantanamo Bay" (The Judiciary Report does not recommend this film)

Is Hollywood giving terrorists ideas. Based on online synopsis and promotional information, the film "Harold and Kumar Escape From Guantanamo Bay" has a scene with a man faking illness on a plane headed to Amsterdam, going to the bathroom, then assembling a bong that resembles a bomb.

As he leaves the bathroom, he clumsily trips and the smoking bong he tried to ignite is mistaken for a bomb, which leads passengers to try and jump him. This is very similar to what transpired with the attempted Christmas 2009 bombing of an NWA-Delta plane landing in Detroit, Michigan.

PETN Bomb (DO NOT TRY THIS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, AS YOU COULD DIE):

According to the FBI's website, "Abdulmutallab went to the bathroom for approximately 20 minutes" most likely to assemble the bomb. A video demonstration on YouTube of how PETN bombs work, seemed to indicate it takes 30 minutes for the explosive mixture to set. Did the terrorist miscalculate the time causing the bomb to misfire.

The Hitman (The Judiciary Report does not recommend this film)

In the 2007 movie "The Hitman" a bomb is surgically inserted inside a man, he is sent into a room with a group of men, who are being targeted, then the explosive is detonated.

In June 2009, a 24-year-old terrorist attempted to kill Saudi Arabia's counter-terrorism minister, via a bomb inserted in his backside.
