Reality TV stars, the Kardashian sisters, who loaned their image and likeness to a debit card, which spectacularly collapsed when the trio were forced to back out of the deal, due to a criminal investigation by Connecticut's State Attorney's Office, have been sued by the finance company backing the venture.

Revenue Resource Group have slapped the sisters and their mother, Kris Jenner, with a $75,000,000 breach of contract lawsuit. Would you look at all those zeros. Anyhoo, the deal was slated to last two years and the card's abrupt closure has left Revenue Resource Group with expenses and losses.

Therefore, for either to sue and stake claim to a phrase neither created or used first in the marketplace, is somewhat ridiculous. Both parties were standing on legally shaky ground in this matter.
