After the embarrassing failure of Megan Fox's last film "Passion Play" costarring Mickey Rourke, which saw its release date humiliatingly scrapped, then reinstated, only to spectacularly bomb at the box office, the actress' next project has been bought.

The film has been guaranteed a release date, after its screening at the Toronto Film Festival. Based on the premise, the film does not seem like something that will set the box office alight, which will mark another problem for Fox, but she is being spared the embarrassment of what transpired with her last film's release date.

Fired "Transformers" actress, Megan Fox, was so desperate to make her failed film "Passion Play" a success, she went topless in the flick, according to reports. The movie was so bad, it was panned by critics and audiences, during a test run last year at the usually receptive Toronto Film Festival.

Just know the film must be horrible for an audience at the Toronto Film Festival to actually walk out and complain, as it is one of the more appreciative events. Having seen clips of "Passion Play" online, I can see why the crowd bolted. It is painfully bad and cringe inducing. To date "Passion Play" has grossed $2,060. Seriously and no, I haven’t left off any zeros.

Fox has been struggling to find meaningful work, since getting into a massive fight with "Transformers" director, Michael Bay, who in turn booted her from the franchise and turned his attention into making her replacement, model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, the top female attraction in Hollywood (based on looks, anyway).

As stated previously, Fox’s desperation grew to such heights that she looked into joining the cast of the depraved Judd Aptow film "Knocked Up 2." Recent reports indicate, she has since signed on to the project. It’s going to be a rough summer for Fox with "Transformers" promotion in full swing, in anticipation of its release. The merchandising and ads will be everywhere.

Hollywood actor, Mickey Rourke, has apologized in an interview with New York Mag, for slamming his film with former "Transformers" actress, Megan Fox. Rourke dissed "Passion Play" stating it is a terrible movie (and judging by the clips, he is right).

Rourke blamed the incident on being in a bad mood at a party and wanting to get rid of the New York Mag reporter hounding him for a story. Right, if you say so. I could barely get through the trailer of that derivative piece of trash, let alone the movie.

Megan Fox is not having a good 2011. The past year has not been kind to her either. A year ago, she was on top of the world, as the lead actress in the Transformers film franchise. Then director Michael Bay burst her bubble and fired her like his name was Donald Trump. He got tired of her public ingratitude and whining (that's whining, not "winning" like Charlie Sheen).

Fox began making low budget films that all flopped. However, a little ray of sunshine popped up when actor, Mickey Rourke, said she was the best actress in the world. Realizing how incredulous his statements were, he has taken back the compliment this week, amending it to state, she is one of the best actresses he has worked with. Guess that why your film "Passion Play" flopped before it was even released.

Guess Fox wasn't worth his credibility. Personally, I think it was his loins talking. Rourke could have said Fox was the prettiest actress he'd worked with and no one would bat an eyelash, because she is beautiful. She looks like the late Elizabeth Taylor.

Sexually explicit actress, Megan Fox, today claimed she has only had sex with two men, which the Judiciary Report does not believe.

These proclamations are most likely in response to claims she disappeared into her dressing room with co-star, Mickey Rourke, to trade sexual favors for later issued complimentary press quotes on her dubious acting skills.

Previously, one of her first boyfriends, who is a fireman, did a tell-all proclaiming he had sex with her before Fox was famous. Then, she moved to Los Angeles and dumped him for an actor named David, with the implication there was a sexual relationship there as well.

Fox then moved in with boyfriend, Brian Austin Green, right before she turned 18. He was a successful 31-year-old actor with a mansion and money in the bank, so she was game.

Then there's her relationship with Michael Bay. There have been other industry men in her life as well. Furthermore, when you do an interview and deliberately spread your legs, exposing your underwear in a vulgar manner for the camera, no one is going to buy that story, Megan.

Transformers actress, Megan Fox, stands accused of having sex with Oscar nominated co-star, Mickey Rourke, in exchange for an extraordinary series of compliments he gave her last month. Rourke labeled Fox the best actress in Hollywood (it's even funnier the second time) which had everybody thinking, "Is he back on the drugs again? Was he ever off it, saying stuff like that."

Just last week, ageing actor Mickey Rourke came out in defence of 23-year-old TRANSFORMERS starlet Megan Fox, claiming the some-what mediocre movie star is in fact the most "talented young actress" he's ever worked with.

But the surprising claims are followed by allegations that Fox may have persuaded her legendary co-star to tackle her critics with a "sex pact."

The rumor is naturally, unconfirmed. According to sources, Fox became distressed by her increasingly negative public image while on the set of Passion Play last month, and told Rourke she was unsure of how to make-over her persona. The source claims Rourke gave his co-star some suggestions on cleaning up her image, before Fox "whispered to him". The pair then disappeared into her trailer, returning to have their make-up and clothing touched up before a set of interviews for the film. The source claims it was then that Rourke made his headline making statement about Fox, her talent and, uh... maturity.

According to friends of Rourke's then girlfriend, Australian model Cheyenne Tozzi, the "sex pact" with Fox was the final straw in a line of infidelities and chose to break-off their 4 month long romance...
