This is a follow up to the February 15. 2011 article Judge Questionably Throws Out David Beckham Case. Beckham’s libel appeal against prostitute Irma Nici, over claims she had sex with him, breaking his marriage vow, was recently denied by the appeals circuit.

It’s not surprising, as many cases regarding people like Murdoch (and separately in this case the publishers behind In Touch) are mysteriously dismissed, having been corrupted by him in illegal ways. Beckham was able to prove he was not at the hotel or the country at the time Nici claimed the two had sex. Hotel management also denied Nici was at the hotel on the day in question. The article also contained factual errors, regarding Beckham’s hairstyle at the time, as photographic evidence revealed his hair looked nothing like she described. There are too many holes in her story.

A person should not be able to make such allegations in print regarding someone’s conduct without proof (travel documents, passport stamps, receipts - all of which the accuser lacks) and it prevail in a court of law. It undermines the court system. Free speech does not give one the right to defamation.
U.S. District Judge Manuel Real has thrown out a $25,000,000 libel case, filed by British football player, David Beckham. He sued In Touch magazine for printing a knowingly false sex story by drug addicted prostitute Irma Nici, who claimed she had a threesome with the football player behind his wife's back, which Beckham denies. There are many discrepancies in her story, leading many to believe it is a lie concocted for fame, money and magazine sales.
Nici's physical description of Beckham during the incident was incorrect, as that was not the hairstyle he was sporting at the time, based on time stamped paparazzi photos. The hotel where the affair allegedly took place, flatly denies Beckham or Nici were ever there. Additionally, Nici has no passport stamps, travel receipts or bills to prove she traveled from her native Europe to Los Angels in America, where her shameful story placed them at the time. Her story has so many holes in it, people realized it is undeniably false.
Judge Manuel Real, threw out the case, stating in his ruling, In Touch did not act with malice, which is the American criteria for bringing such a case. What a load of rubbish. Someone prints a defamatory, deceitful story that does not check out, jeopardizing another person's marriage, causing their family "emotional distress and mental anguish" opening their small children up to public ridicule and that is not based in malice. Have you taken leave of your senses. Of course that is based in malice. I'm not vouching for Beckham, but in a case with so many lies against him, it should not have been thrown out.

Decisions such as Real's opens the judicial system up to intense international and domestic scrutiny, disgrace and cries of corruption, as many newspapers and websites are questioning the lunacy of the decision. To bring the point home, the same legal action against In Touch, succeeded in Germany, while failing in America.
What does that tell the nation and the world. You think about that the next time you and other judges with your corrupt mindset decide to write foolishness on paper and disgrace the judiciary to the watching world. People aren't stupid. They can think for themselves and are tired of witnessing miscarriages of justice come out of the court system, where it is still the litigant who can spend the most money, in more ways than one (hint hint) that wins in court.

British football player, David Beckham, is facing more adultery claims this week. This time In Touch is claiming the 35-year-old football champ has been cheating on his wife, Victoria Beckham, with a lingerie model.
Once again, Beckham has denied the claims. He is currently embroiled in an acrimonious legal case In Touch magazine, over scandalous claims he had sex with a cocaine addicted prostitute named Irma Nici.
Prostitute, Irma Nici, who was sued by David Beckham, for defamation and libel, over claims she made in In Touch magazine, stating she had a threesome with the British football player, has countersued.
The countersuit is without merit and frivolous. She is suing Beckham for abridging her right to free speech. However, she is incorrect. She's had her say via In Touch magazine and Beckham did not block the issue from being published. He has not gagged her in any fashion. She is correct in stating each person is entitled to free speech in America. However, one can be sued over it as a consequence, if one's words are libelous, slanderous or threatening, with the latter leading to arrest.
Nici also claims in legal papers, due to Beckham's process server aggressively pursing her, she somehow sustained damage. I warned this would happen, days before she filed suit or made announcements regarding her intent to do so. Process service need not be aggressive, as it can open the door to other legal claims. However, Nici has failed to state what these physical injuries are, only claiming she was kicked out of the W Hotel in New York, after being served Beckham's legal papers.

Getting kicked out of the hotel was most likely due to her profession, which, as mentioned previously, is prostitution. Respectable hotels dislike women of ill repute patronizing their establishments, as there is a concern the premises will be used for prostitution, which is a crime.
Under the circumstances, Beckham can't be blamed for that. The more plausible reason for the ejection is the hotel discovering, via press articles, when the story exploded in the mainstream press worldwide, a prostitute is ensconced in one of their rooms. That's usually a no-no for an upscale hotel.
Once again, Nici has failed to produce any proof of an affair with Beckham. She has simply restated items other individuals have written online, regarding his physical characteristics and used press articles to pinpoint where he was located on specific dates, which she has now mysteriously placed herself as well, with no passport stamps to show for it. What Irma Nici has is a story with nothing to back it up. It's hard enough to prove claims against a celebrity, due to government corruption, bribery and Hollywood blacklisting, but to make claims with no proof, is unwise and hard to take seriously.

British soccer player, David Beckham, stated he is not cheating on his wife, Victoria Beckham, despite what prostitute Irma Nici claims, with absolutely no proof presented to back up her claims. However, the Judiciary Report is confident he is cheating at something...a friendly football match in Trinidad against a group of teenagers. I give you Exhibit A, posted above, clearly illustrating Beckham humorously tackling the poor youth. Son, don't take that from him - call FIFA!

They located her in New York and twice attempted to serve her the suit. During the second attempt, process service was completely executed at her lawyer's office. Nici smiled, why I don't know, as the legal papers were handed to her, ordering the prostitute to respond to claims she lied about Beckham in In Touch.

The Judiciary Report read excerpts of the article Nici did with In Touch and it does greatly insult the footballer's wife, Victoria Beckham. Nici poked fun at his anorexic wife, stating she is too skinny and unattractive, whilst giving Beckham a 7 1/2 for sexual prowess. Maybe if you'd given him a 10, he wouldn't have sued you (sarcasm).
In all seriousness, it is disturbing that someone made such sweeping allegations that could have destroyed a marriage and family of five (you know his wife threw pots and pans at him) and it went to print with no proof. Nici also made allegations Beckham paid her $10,000 for sex, which is a crime, that could launch him into criminal trouble.
David Beckham has gone after prostitute, Irma Nici, with $25,000,000 in lawsuits, for claiming she had a threesome with the British footballer and another woman, who she refuses to name.
However, Beckham having her under round the clock surveillance and "hunting her down" via burly guards and a private investigator, as is being mentioned in the press, is a massive overkill. It has the appearance of witness intimidation with the intent to harass and terrify.
Nici's credibility is shot, but the force with which she is being pursued and the language used in papers such as The Sun and Mirror, makes it sound like the Beckham's want her shot. This show of force will backfire if you are not careful. All they need to do is serve her the lawsuit.

Beckham should focus on the fact Nici has not provided a shred of evidence to support her claims, keeps changing her story, has no text messages, emails, receipts or passport stamps, when she should have at least some of those items under the circumstances.
Not to mention, the hotel the alleged sexual relations took place in, denies she or Beckham were there at the time in question, based on a study of their records. If she kept a diary of the sexual activity, as she claims, she should be able to furnish the court and press with the alleged dates, to support her claim. She can't and is claiming a fuzzy memory. What's the point of a diary, then?
Nici, via her website and madam, Kristin Davis, is threatening a $25,000,000 lawsuit, but on what grounds? What has he really done that she can sue him for in court. She made a series of salacious allegations she cannot back up via means that should be available to anyone under the same circumstances.

He contracted a private investigator to track down the prostitute, as she had gone into hiding when the story was published. As such, she is being served a copy of the lawsuit.

In response to the lawsuit, fame seeking, Nici, who resembles Carmen Electra, is taking the gutter approach, stating Beckham's penis has identifying characteristics she can describe, which will force him to drop his pants in court. How inappropriate and crass. One would expect more class than this from a prostitute...oh wait, never mind.
Irma Nici exploded into the mainstream in September 2010 when In Touch exposed that she had worked as an escort seeing David Beckham. Outed by a former friend, Irma decided to come clean about her past and tell her story- her way.
Irma was one of the top girls for Manhattan Madam, Kristin Davis, who is rumored to have the biggest black book in history, and has seen an A-list roster of clients including many celebrities and political figures.

Irma stands by her previous statements. Any lawsuit against her is a publicity stunt and without merit.
Any attorney who brings an action against her should be prepared to face sanctions and pay all legal costs because they will lose. There is more to the story that Irma hasn’t told yet.
We are highly confident that Irma can provide enough detail and other forms of proof to persuade a jury that her tryst with David Beckham did indeed take place. Mr. Beckham had better be prepared to drop his pants in court if he wants to pursue this matter as he has distinguishing characteristics, which will prove without a doubt that Irma is telling the truth.
Mr. Beckham’s baseless lawsuit is understandable- after all he has to tell Posh something.
