Charlie Sheen Sues Porn Star For Extortion

Hollywood actor, Charlie Sheen, has sued porn star, Capri Anderson, for extortion, regarding a sexual encounter they had in New York at the Plaza Hotel. The police were called when Sheen erupted in anger, fuelled by a drug binge and reportedly attacked Anderson.

Initially, Anderson told police she was fine, but later changed her mind. Sheen contends in his lawsuit, Anderson demanded $1,000,000 for her silence, which he refused to pay. Anderson then sold her story and made a series of appearances in support of it.

Stripper and porn star, Capri Anderson, is set to sue actor, Charlie Sheen, for allegedly holding her hostage in a Plaza Hotel suite, during the course of a night of drug fuelled sex. It is also being reported, Sheen failed to pay her the promised $12,000 for their sexual encounter.

If Sheen can prove Anderson was also under the influence of drugs and or alcohol, having been photographed at a liquor laden dinner, hours prior to the alleged fracas, the Plaintiff's lawsuit will be in trouble. His lawyer will simply question her recollection of the night's events.

Prostitution is a crime and when one opts for that line of work, one has to be aware of the dangers involved in said trade. Sheen is an actor, who has been struggling with addiction and publicized incidents of violence. Certainly, Anderson knew what she was getting into, but did so anyway, under the lure of fame and money.

In related news, Sheen's third wife, Brooke Mueller, who is also a drug addict, has filed for divorce this week, clearly under the embarrassment of his latest drug relapse and the ensuing negative publicity.

Charlie Sheen, who is a Hollywood actor and star of the CBS sitcom "Two And A Half Men" has tested positive for cocaine, after being found frothing at the mouth, with a porn star, Capri Anderson, screaming in horror, whilst hiding in a closet, at the luxury Plaza Hotel.

Police were summoned, after Sheen trashed his room, causing $10,000 in damage and Anderson's loud pleas for her life, caused a commotion. The actor was given a choice between jail or the hospital, with his representative choosing the latter, after a belligerent and intoxicated Sheen took on the police.

The official word regarding the incident was Sheen had been transported to the hospital, due to an allergic reaction (*cough* allergic to cocaine). Then, news leaked revealing he tested positive for cocaine. Anderson has retained a lawyer, as not only is she claiming Sheen got into an altercation with her, he did not pay her the $12,000 promised for sexual relations.

In short, Sheen needs rehab, as he has been struggling with addiction and is on probation, for threatening to kill his wife, whilst pulling a knife on her and placing it at her throat, when he was under the influence of drugs and alcohol. The Judiciary Report wishes Sheen a productive recovery.
