Whitney Houston's Daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown Moved To Hospice As Her Condition Continues To Deteriorate And Conservator Files Lawsuit Against Nick Gordon For Stealing Money And Beating Her Up Confirming Previous Site Claims

Bobby Kristina Brown

Pat Houston, the aunt of 22-year-old Bobbi Kristina Brown, via marriage to the late Whitney Houston's Brother, Gary Houston, has gone on record discussing the deterioration of health her niece is experiencing, after being found face down and unresponsive in her bath tub, confirming previous site claims (Whitney Houston’s Daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown Moved To Emory Hospital After North Fulton Hospital Delivers Grim Prognosis Due To Overdose In Bathtub).

Pat Houston issued a statement to the press revealing, "Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown's condition has continued to deteriorate. As of today, she has been moved into hospice care. We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God's hands now." Hospice is generally where individuals are sent when their prognosis is grim and they are about to pass away.

On May 9, 2015 the Judiciary Report stated Bobbi Kristina is in a persistent vegetative state (Bobby Brown And Former Sister-In-Law Pat Houston Awarded Joint Guardianship Over Whitney Houston's Daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown Who Remains In A Vegetative State). Over a month later on June 19, 2015, another of Bobbi Kristina's aunts, Leolah Brown, went on record stating her niece is not in a vegetative state, in a story carried by Fox News, which piggy backed the preexisting, aforementioned Judiciary Report article from May 9, 2015. However, it is clear from her being sent to hospice that she fell into a persistent vegetative state when the sedation was lifted, which after a few months, has become a permanent vegetative state.

Bobbi Kristina's father, R&B singer, Bobby Brown stated yesterday, "Right now we are focused on Bobbi Kristina's medical prognosis and the criminal investigation. These are the priorities for us. Whoever had a hand in causing my daughter's injuries needs to be brought to justice."

The Judiciary Report was the first to state Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend, Nick Gordon, had been physically abusing her (Bobbi Kristina Brown On Life Support Due To Overdose Confirming Previous Site Statements From 2012 and Atlanta Police Confirm Criminal Investigation Into The Overdose And Drowning Of Whitney Houston's Daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown). Days after the site published the claim, police in Atlanta announced a criminal investigation into Nick Gordon, due to unexplained bruises and injuries on her comatose body.

Gordon, whom the Judiciary Report consistently called an opportunist for years, retained a lawyer, who suspiciously filed for a restraining order to bar Atlanta police from obtaining the surveillance footage from the Ellard gated community the couple lived, in a property that belonged to the late Whitney Houston.

Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown in the 1990s

Yesterday, attorney Bedelia Hargrove, who is the court appointed conservator over Bobbi Kristina Brown, filed a very telling lawsuit against Nick Gordon, confirming much of what the Judiciary Report has previously insisted about him online being an abuser and opportunist. Hargrove's lawsuit against Gordon states he knocked out two of Bobbi Kristina's teeth and dragged her by her hair up a flight of stairs. The poor girl suffered, which is heartbreaking.

What is also quite unsettling is the fact both Whitney Houston and Bobbi Kristina Brown died under strange circumstances, with their bodies face down in bath tubs, 3-years-apart, which is not the norm for drowning victims in that environment. When Houston died in this manner, 3-years ago the Judiciary Report mentioned on the site that it is unusual for a drowned body (of a grown person) to turn itself over in a bathtub and face down, especially a fairly narrow one.

I asked in the column if Houston had fallen into the tub face first. Days later even the coroner could not answer that question. Fast-forward 3-years and it happened to Houston's daughter as well (found face down). Sounds like foul play. What is also odd is Nick Gordon was present when both women drowned 3-years apart (Beverly Hills Coroner States Nick Gordon Is Lying About Giving Whitney Houston CPR). I don't like that at all. It gives me a very bad feeling. To make matters worse, Gordon's interview on "The Dr. Phil Show" revealed he is a psychotic prone to terrible mood swings and rage, even punching a crew member of the program.

Gordon's behavior after Bobbi Kristina's drowning created more problems, as he did not give accurate information regarding how long she was underwater. There are medical standards and precedents doctors use in determining the treatment and prognosis of a patient. Gordon did the doctors a great disservice, as they had no real idea of the submersion time.

Having to guess by the amount of water in the lungs and body temperature proves inaccurate on a person who is not deceased. Doctors had to remove water from her lungs, raise her body temperature and maintain her heart rate and other vitals, after paramedics restarted the organ that had gone into cardiac arrest. Doctors only discovered the true extent of the damage days after Bobbi Kristina was admitted to the hospital and they tried to bring her out of the medically induced coma.

Bobbi Kristina was given medicine to stabilize her and give the brain time to rest with the hope it would repair itself. However, clearly she was underwater for far too long, as significant and permanent brain damage occurred, hence her inability to regain normal brain functions. The current international precedent states there are no known cases of anyone being submerged underwater longer than 10 minutes (without breathing apparatus) who made a full recovery.

Side Bar: I know I harp on it all the time, but please stay away from drugs and toxic people. Look at poor Bobbi Kristina - a lovely, vital young woman with so much going for her, whose life has been destroyed. Take control of your life, get sober and don't let people destroy you. Make positive, progressive changes as soon as possible. And remember, there's nothing wrong with seeking help from professionals to get you on your way to a better life.

Source says Bobbi Kristina Brown 'a vegetable'; family members dispute claim

June 19, 2015FoxNews.com - LOS ANGELES – The condition of Bobbi Kristina Brown is shrouded in conflict and confusion, with some family members hopeful, while others insist she will never improve. An insider close to the family told FOX411 that the 22-year-old, who was found unconscious floating face down in a bath tub, is in a vegetative state.

“Bobby Brown should have let her go when the family all agreed back in February, the source said. "She’s a vegetable.” But Bobby Brown’s sister Leolah Brown took to Facebook on Tuesday to dispute that, stating that she is "not on life support," and that the family is continuing to pray for a recovery.

“BOBBI KRISTINA BROWN IS ‘NOT’ ON LIFE SUPPORT ANYMORE AND SHE HAS SINCE THE BEGINNING AND IS CONTINUING TODAY TO IMPROVE,” the post read. “AND WE WILL NEVER GIVE UP ON HER! HELL NO! NOT ONE BROWN!”...

Lawsuit: Nick Gordon assaulted Bobbi Kristina, stole thousands

11Alive Staff, WXIA 7:28 p.m. EDT June 24, 2015 - FULTON COUNTY, Ga. -- A lawsuit filed by Bobbi Kristina Brown's conservator accuses Nick Gordon of abuse and claims he took money from her without authorization. The suit, filed in Fulton County Superior Court on Wednesday by Brown's court-appointed conservator Bedelia Hargrove, accuses Gordon of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and transferring money from her account into his own without authorization.

Bobbi Kristina Brown, 22, has been unconscious after being found unresponsive in a bathtub in her Roswell home on Jan. 31. Earlier Wednesday, her aunt said that her condition has deteriorated and she's been moved to hospice care.

The lawsuit alleges that Gordon presented himself to be Brown's surrogate brother prior to 2012. After Brown inherited a substantial sum of money (presumably from her mother, Whitney Houston's estate), Gordon "assumed the position of Brown's boyfriend." Around Jan. 9, 2014, Gordon "perpetuated the fraud that he had married Brown, though in fact he never did so," according to the lawsuit.

According to the lawsuit, Gordon used that "misrepresentation" as Brown's husband to "control Brown and limit with whom she could interact." The suit alleges that Gordon answered Brown's cell phone, wouldn't allow her to make appointments without his permission and "manipulated her bank relationship so that she could access her money."...

Gordon allegedly transferred Brown's money into an account solely controlled by him without her authorization. According to the lawsuit, Gordon began to question Brown's access to trust funds, and "threatened one of the trustees with guns and other violent weapons. That trustee obtained a restraining order against Gordon on April 14, 2014, the lawsuit states.

The lawsuit accuses Gordon of domestic violence against Brown, including punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth and dragging her upstairs by her hair. Brown allegedly confided to an unnamed person that Gordon "was not the man she thought he was" and set up a time to meet on Jan. 31, 2015.

That day, Brown got into an argument with Gordon. Brown was later found unconscious, face-down in a bathtub with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out, according to the lawsuit. Brown has since been diagnosed with "global and irreversible brain damage." While Brown was in a coma, Gordon allegedly stole $11,000 from Brown's bank accounts.

The lawsuit alleges Brown has suffered "life threatening bodily harm and damages," and asks for damages of at least $10 million each for the assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and conversion. It asks for an amount to be determined later for counts of quantum meruit/unjust enrichment and attorneys' fees.

Hargrove said in a statement: Today I filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. I filed this lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured. Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. I have worked closely with both of them and we all want the very best for Bobbi Kristina. This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina. We pray that justice will be done for her and that it will be swift.
