A rush to grab coupons that resemble money turned deadly
in Shanghai, as a large crowd of people were worked up into a
frenzy. 36 people ended up trampled to death and 47 others
hospitalized due to the stampede. Over a dozen of the people
hospitalized are seriously injured. Some of the deceased are teens.
The Chinese government is currently investigating the tragedy to
prevent such an incident from transpiring again.
