Carl Icahn
One of Lionsgate Films largest shareholders, Carl
Icahn, is under investigation by the FBI for insider trading. The
FBI made the announcement after the deadly Santa Barbara UCSB
shooting that left 7 people dead. The investigation is ironic, as
Elliott Rodger, the Santa Barbara mass murderer, who is the son of
“Hunger Games” Liongate assistant film director, Peter Rodger, is
being studied and investigated in death by the FBI as well.
Elliot Rodger
The New York Times is reporting, "Mr. Mickelson has
insisted that he has done nothing wrong, as have the other subjects
of the most prominent insider trading investigation since Martha
Stewart: the sports gambler William T. Walters and Carl C. Icahn,
the billionaire shareholder activist and former corporate raider." I
can testify firsthand, there is a significant amount of financial
fraud taking place at Lionsgate, involving very large sums of money.
It's a risk to shareholders.

year, when the F.B.I. first confronted him on his front lawn…
