Actor Lee Thompson Young Suffered From Depression Before Regrettably Killing Himself

Lee Thompson Young

Mainstream reports indicated, talented actor Lee Thompson Young, famous for his roles on the television shows "The Famous Jett Jackson" and "Rizzoli And Isles" suffered from depression before he regrettably killed himself. The amiable, well-liked former child star, made the transition into adulthood as an actor, taking on successful roles, but suffered from depression. Reports indicate he had been treated for depression at some point, but it is currently unclear what may have triggered a relapse.

The Judiciary Report immediately attributed his alleged suicide to depression, which is often the case in such tragedies. Depression is a strange beast. It will make a person feel that they have hit a dead end and there is no reason to go on, even when they have a lot going for them. It's a chemical reaction to sadness and or trauma that becomes overwhelming, but people can recover from depression.

It is best to stay away from people, places and circumstances that evoke bad memories. Embrace good, uplifting things that make you happy. I've read items where people have stated most of the trouble they worried about in their lives never materialized. They worried in vain.

I know it's cliché but people need to stop to smell the roses. Do the things you love and enjoy. Don't let anything or anyone get to you. Know that you are worth something and valuable. You are unique and special. There's only one you and you're in the world for a reason. Don't kill yourself. Find and live your purpose until your last breath. Don't take your life. Things will get better.
