Secretary Of State Hillary Clinton Has A Blood Clot In Her Brain

U.S. Secretary Of State, Hillary Clinton, suffered a concussion three weeks ago and a life threatening blood clot developed shortly after. Clinton was admitted to the hospital yesterday, after a follow up MRI scan unmasked the clot in her brain, resulting from the concussion.

Clinton is being treated with blood thinners, with the goal of shrinking the blood clot. Her distraught daughter, Chelsea Clinton, was pictured leaving the hospital after visiting her mother. A number of rumors exist in the press and online claiming everything from brain cancer to an aircraft accident that was kept quiet.

Any kind of serious head injury brings with it the risk of long term neurological problems, such as memory loss, terrible headaches and Alzheimer's, to name a few. The brain is very complex and delicate and does not respond well to trauma.
