Chad Ochocinco Johnson Sues Over Leaked Sex Tape

Former NFL football player and reality star, Chad Johnson, also known as Ochocinco, has sued the urban websites WorldStar Hip Hop and Media Take Out, for posting pictures stills and video from a sex tape he alleges was hacked from his mobile phone and illegally uploaded to the internet.  

The fallen star, who is currently in the middle of a domestic violence case, after head-butting his wife, reality star, Evelyn Lozada, after one month of marriage, was said to have gone to the FBI about the hacking incident. The lawsuit seeks to haul both sites into court for an explanation of what transpired regarding making the video public and any potential financial damages available under the law.
