Why Release Such A Sad Looking Photo

Attention seeking R&B singer, Chris Brown, released a
photo of himself getting a tattoo and he looks dead in the picture. The
tattoos are not flattering. Furthermore, combined with his dramatic weight
loss that has bloggers stating he is strung out on drugs, he is not looking
well at all.
Brown's new album "Fortune" which was heavily
promoted by his record label, has not done well in the sales department or
on the chart. The album also lacks a hit. His probation record, stemming
from the 2009 incident, where he beat girlfriend Rihanna to a pulp, after
she hit him, is also being audited by the judge presiding over the case.
Things are a mess for him once again.
