U.S. President Barack Obama stated this week, "I have 5 and a 1/2 years more to go." Why? Is he sick with something? Because I know he's not talking about the White House with the way he is spending, while the economy collapses even more. When U.S. President, Barack Obama, assumed office two and a half years ago, the national deficit stood at 10 trillion dollars. In the short time he has been in office, the deficit has skyrocketed 35% to 14 and a 1/2 trillion dollars, due to unprecedented spending, unsustainable under any system of government in the world, as there is not enough coming in to support such expenditures.

What's just as perplexing is President Obama announcing he desires to do another stimulus package, believing it will boost the economy, but it will add billions more to the already batter national deficit.

Yesterday, Time magazine editor and television political pundit, Mark Halperin, called U.S. President, Barack Obama, a "di*k" on national television. MSNBC suspended him, after receiving a call from President Obama's representative at the White House, complaining about the comment that made it onto the air, due to a MSNBC technician pressing the wrong button in the control booth (smooth). Halperin is being punished for exercising his right to free speech, revealing the limits being placed on the Constitution.

President Obama's office did what he instructed them to, as he does not take criticism well. Obama has even employed an individual on the taxpayers' dime, Jesse Lee, to argue with people on Twitter, when they write unflattering stories about him. Journalists and bloggers have publicly complained of President Obama, having blogs and other websites, penalized or shutdown for writing unflattering pieces about him.

Mark Halperin: Uh oh!

Many have rightly labeled this conduct censorship and a violation of free speech, as prescribed by the Constitution. The Judiciary Report has experienced this firsthand and can attest, the President is actively trying to shape his press via censorship, by pulling strings at companies such as Google, to punish those that freely publish the truth.

Under the law, it is the President's job to, "Preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States" - not impede, thwart, violate or destroy it out of self-interest, when one does not like what is being said or written.

Updated: 06/30/11 4:44 PM - White House press secretary Jay Carney announced Thursday that he called Mark Halperin's bosses at MSNBC after the network contributor called President Obama "a dick" on a morning show.

"The comment that was made was inappropriate," Carney told reporters in his daily briefing. "It would be inappropriate to say that about either president of either party."...He told reporters that "on behalf of the White House, I expressed that sentiment to executives at the network."

Rape Accuser Of Former IMF Chief Caught In A Recording Talking About Setting Him Up

This is a follow up to the June 6. 2011 article Former IMF Chief Pleads Not Guilty To Rape Charges And Cites U.S. Gov Frame Up. In the aforementioned article, the Judiciary Report wrote about the claims of former IMF Chief, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, alleging the Obama Administration had him framed for rape, as a means of ousting him from the influential post and replacing him with someone more in tune with the President's political and financial agenda.

Fast-forward three weeks and the Strauss-Kahn criminal case is falling apart on the government's end. Evidence has been unearthed indicating his accuser, was caught on a prison recording, conspiring with her drug dealing boyfriend, to set up the IMF chief. She is now facing the possibility of perjury charges.

The case against Strauss Kahn has fallen apart and his has been released on bail, removed from house arrest. A number of other reported discrepancies and lies have been uncovered regarding his accuser, as published by the New York Times.

Sony Music is making excuses for the weak sales of Beyonce's new album "4." It is projected to sell half of what its predecessor "Sasha Fierce" did, during its first week of release in 2008. Audiences on line are slamming "4" as unoriginal, bland and boring.

Beyonce is projected to have the number one spot on the Billboard charts next week, but a low selling one, during a time frame with no real competition from other major releases. Some at Sony are making excuses for the low sales of the album "4" blaming it on a leak that occurred. However, it should be noted, Beyonce's albums have leaked in the past, but it didn't decimate her sales in this manner.
