Is Anti-Obama Merchandising Covered By The Constitution

Are Democrats Violating The Constitution In Having Them Removed From Stores

Obama mints

Democrats have been busy having anti-Obama merchandising removed from stores and complaining about their sale online, as disrespectful to the President of the United States of America. For example, angry Democrats had breath mints styled after Obama, called "Disappoint-mints" removed from stores, for subtly calling the president a disappointment.

Obama t-shirts

A number of anti-Obama t-shirts have been selling online as well, which poke fun at the president. Some shirts label him a spendthrift, while others flat out call him a socialist. The question is are Democrats correct in having anti-Obama merchandising removed from outlet. The answer is no, as it is protected by the Constitution, under free speech and does not threaten the President. The only thing it threatens is his reelection campaign.
