Italy's Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi, has been indicted by prosecutors in his home country, on underage prostitution charges. Berlusconi, who has been the subject of protests in Italy, has been outed as having arranged sex orgies with underage girls. Berlusconi was heard on wiretaps, attempting to bribe one of the teenage girls, Karima el Mahroug.

The sex parties were held at his mansion in Milan. The case centers around three teenage girls, from Italy, Morocco and Brazil, who attended the sex parties, where they were financially compensated. Under the circumstances and in light of the evidence, prosecutors in Italy also seek his resignation.
