The FBI Ludicrously Claims "Men Can't Be Raped"

Boy, it's not very reassuring to hear a law enforcement agency claim men "can't be forcibly raped" when it has happened to many. Young boys and adult men have been forcibly raped by other boys, men and sometimes women. But apparently, the FBI doesn't think so and was unwise enough to put this crazy claim in writing.

Males Can't Be "Forcibly Raped" - According to the FBI

For UCR reporting purposes, can a male be raped?

No. The UCR program defines forcible rape as “The carnal knowledge of a female forcibly and against her will.” In addition, “By definition, sexual attacks on males are excluded from the rape category and must be classified as assaults or other sex offenses depending on the nature of the crime and the extent of injury.
