Egypt Descends Into Civil War And Strikes

Hosni Mubarak

Egypt has descended into civil war and strikes, as protestors hold out for the ouster of President, Hosni Mubarak. However, the head of state, who has been in office 30-years, has refused to leave, stating he will die in Egypt.

Mubarak is a multi-billionaire, with real estate holdings all over the world. He should step down to return order and peace to Egypt. The people have spoken but they are not being heard by their leader.

Many in the international community fear the Muslim Brotherhood will take over in Egypt. They have been labeled a Muslim extremist group that seeks to impose Islam on the world by force.

Egypt is such a lovely place with a wealth of internationally significant architectural sites and buildings. Some of it has been damaged, as soldiers fought protesters, resulting in 300 fatalities, the latter which is worse of all.
