Obama Presidency In Turmoil

This month, two high profile figures in the Obama Administration jumped ship. Last week, White House Chief-of-Staff, Rahm Emanuel, departed the White House, after two years on the job. Today, National Security Adviser, James Jones, left the Obama Administration as well.

This is in addition to a variety of economic and political members of staff, who departed the Obama White House, quite early in his presidency, as things began to deteriorate. In short, his presidency should not be at this juncture so soon, if at all, regarding people quitting.

It is being said bad economic data is being suppressed by the Administration, in the run up to the November 2010 mid-term elections, which will decide the balance of power in the U.S. Congress. It shall greatly impact the President's ability to put through legislation. Therefore, the President is concerned regarding its outcome.

Lamentably, Obama is resorting to the same cover-up tactics former president, George W. Bush, used to trick the nation into thinking the economy and nation's wars in the Middle East, were not as bad as people thought, when it was worse.
