Chilean Miners Freed

To the delight and cheers of many around the world, 33 Chilean miners that were trapped one mile below the earth's surface, have been freed. Thank God for miracles, as this certainly was one. The 33 men endured 7-weeks underground, in a claustrophobic environment. Whilst in the enclosed space, they had to ration the food that was available and try to remain optimistic that recovery efforts would work. By God's grace, they have been safely rescued.

Side Bar: That could not have been me. I would have been asking for a laptop and WIFI and when I did not get it, whined and complained that humanity was able to put a man on the moon, so they can get me some WIFI one mile below the earth's surface.

Some of the miners received nicotine patches. I would have asked for a computer or internet patch. 2-months without internet? Oh, I would have dug my way out with my bare hands faster than that drill.
