A group of FBI agents, have been arrested for obtaining fraudulent prescriptions, to abuse Human Growth Hormones (HGH) also known as steroids. The fraudulent prescriptions were issued on the basis they suffer from Dwarfism and need the HGH for medical reasons.
Ironically, another form of dangerous, (publicly) undiscovered drug abuse occurring at the FBI, is agents abusing drugs to amp them up for raids (speed, meth and items to pump up their adrenalin). Many FBI raids take place very early in the morning and for some agents, coffee is not doing the trick.
