Japan's Prime Minster Resigns Over U.S. Base

The Prime Minister of Japan, Yukio Hatoyama, has resigned his post, after being slammed by the populace, for not obtaining the removal of a U.S. army base in their nation. Japan and America are allies, but the Japanese people do not want the base in their nation, concerned about reprisals from enemies of the United States.
