It is being reported actor Corey Haim, who passed away yesterday at the age of 38, died broke. In spite of the fact millions in checks went through his hands, as with many Hollywood stars, he died in debt due to overspending, costly drug use and financial mismanagement of his funds.
Previously, there was an incident regarding Haim selling some of his teeth on the E-Bay website for cash. When it gained attention, he cancelled the bidding. At the time of his death, he was broke with no car or home, living with his mother in a modest apartment. Drugs destroyed his life.

Feldman tells Larry King, "Corey was living in the Oakwood Apartments with his mom, very broke, very destitute. It's a month to month living. He doesn't have anything. He didn't even have a car."
Haim filed for bankruptcy protection in 1997 after allegedly running up massive medical bills and owing more than $200,000 in state and federal taxes.
