Congratulations to the New Orleans Saints on winning the 2010 Super Bowl. After all the city has been through with Hurricane Katrina in 2005, it is wonderful that you have received this accolade and the Judiciary Report hopes it will uplift you as a city, making you once again happy to call it home.
Side Bar: As a resident of Miami, where the Super Bowl was held, the Judiciary Report has just one question, what's with all the beads, man?! Beads, beads everywhere. It was South Beads, instead of South Beach (wink).
