U.S. President Obama has pledged to spend America out of debt, which is an oxymoron. It will only run up the deficit, which is already sky high. With all due respect, your financial advisors need to be fired, as they are not giving you sound advice. Hearing such proclamation from the President must alarm China, who holds the most U.S. debt in the world.

New Obama plans: 'spend our way out' of downturn

Dec 8 12:35 PM US/Eastern - WASHINGTON (AP) - President Barack Obama outlined new multibillion-dollar stimulus and jobs proposals Tuesday, saying the nation must continue to "spend our way out of this recession" until more Americans are back at work.

Without giving a price tag, Obama proposed a package of new spending for highway, bridge and other infrastructure projects, deeper tax breaks for small businesses and tax incentives to encourage people to make their homes more energy efficient.

"We avoided the depression many feared," Obama said in a speech at the Brookings Institution, a Washington think tank. But, he added, "Our work is far from done."

For the third time in a week, Obama sought to focus on job creation, noting that the unemployment rate was still at 10 percent in November, though down slightly from its 10.2 percent peak. He said "a staggering" 7 million Americans have lost jobs since the recession began two years ago...

Joseph Persichini Jr., the head of the Washington, D.C. FBI, located in America's capital, has resigned in shame, after it was exposed, he cheated on a high level agency test. If your job was "open book" that would mean anybody could do it. Think about that.

It further proves what the Judiciary Report stated regarding the FBI being ill-equipped to handle the challenges facing the nation. It's not some joke. If a teenager cheats on a math test in school, he'll be released into the world not knowing how to properly compute math equations.

When a FBI Agent or Agent In Charge of a field office cheats on a FBI test, which is in essence failing it, scores of people could die via terrorists and other criminals plaguing the nation, because protocols were not followed and instructional, procedural materials not absorbed.

The FBI's incompetence and lack of focus is dangerous. They are responsible for national security and as such, FBI employees, particularly those that head up field offices and directors at HQ, are supposed to know the materials related to their work, inside out. That includes ongoing and evolving national and international threats that pertain to America and how to defeat said problems. It should be committed to memory - not "open book."

Head of D.C. FBI Joseph Persichini Jr. Leaving Under Cloud Involving Test Scandal; 2 Other Top Officials Also Face Scrutiny

WASHINGTON - Joseph Persichini Jr., the head of the Washington field office, is retiring this month under a cloud of allegations that he violated agency rules when taking an open book exam.

The Washington Post reported Wednesday that the Office of Professional Responsibility, which conducts ethics investigations, had recommended disciplinary action, but "the appeals process had not run its course by the time Persichini announced his retirement last month." He is scheduled to step down on Dec. 25.

The investigation into violation of the test rules also centers around two other high ranking officials in the D.C. FBI office - Keith Bryars, special agent in charge of administration, and Andrew Castor, special agent in charge of the criminal division.

The story about the scandal was first reported last month by ticklethewire.com. The names of the agents were not published at the time, but it was reported that three high ranking agents may have received help on the exam from an FBI lawyer, and may have worked together, a clear violation of agency rules...

Sources say the three completed the exam far quicker than other agents, who often take at least two hours, if not more. The Post reported that Persichini completed the test in under 20 minute, which caught management's attention.

The Post reported that Persichini took the test " in a room by himself" but did not mention whether he collaborated with others or got help from an FBI lawyer. It said the other two agents were under internal investigation in a separate incident involving the test...

The U.S. Congress has canceled a pending Congressional Gold Medal that was to be bestowed upon beleaguered golfer, Tiger Woods, for his contributions to sports and humanity. The award has been scrapped, due to the current adultery scandal the golfer is embroiled in, where 13 women have come forward alleging they had affairs with him.

That's odd, I remember distinctly, a few months ago, House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi was kissing Brad Pitt's adulterous, philandering, copyright infringing butt in Congress, whilst parading around the amoral gigolo. Angelina Jolie was hardly the only woman the overrated, untalented, bisexual pretty boy had an affair with - yet he was brought into Congress.

Double standard, there. Just like when Pelosi cancelled the Congressional award proposed in honor of Michael Jackson this past summer.

Lawmaker drops push to give Tiger Woods Congressional Gold Medal

By Christina Wilkie - 12/09/09 11:59 AM ET - Rep. Joe Baca (D-Calif.) is abandoning his effort to honor golf star Tiger Woods with the Congressional Gold Medal.

In a statement, Baca said, “In light of the recent developments surrounding Tiger Woods and his family, I will not pursue legislation awarding him the Congressional Gold Medal this session.” Baca’s decision was first reported by The Hill.

Baca, an avid golfer, introduced a measure in March seeking to give Woods the highest civilian award bestowed by Congress.

The bill states, “To provide for the award of a gold medal on behalf of the Congress to Tiger Woods, in recognition of his service to the Nation in promoting excellence and good sportsmanship, and in breaking barriers with grace and dignity by showing that golf is a sport for all people.” ...

Pleasure P Denies Molestation Allegations On Radio

Booted "Pretty Ricky" singer, Pleasure P, made an appearance on the Ed Lover Show yesterday, to deny allegations he is a child molester. He complained that he has been, "Nominated for three Grammys" but hasn't, "Been able to enjoy that" due to the scandal. When asked which categories he is nominated in, he drew a blank.

He also complained of people posting negative messages on his Twitter page, in response to the scandal, such as, "I wanna burn your CD." He immediately left the tour of pedophile, R. Kelly, which had four dates left.

Ed Lover dissed Pretty Ricky for firing Pleasure P and wondered out loud if they released the information to bring their former bandmate down, because he received Grammy nominations and they did not.

In an ironic twist, Pleasure P derisively bragged that he lives in Bel Air (Los Angeles, California) and not Miami, in response to a story about his Florida property being vandalized, due to the scandal. Never mind he was wearing a Miami Dolphins jacket when he disdainfully said it.

His attorney interrupted the interview, when Pleasure P was asked if the names in the unlawfully unsealed court documents are those of his family members. The lawyer stated regarding the documents, "We don't know if they are real or not" which is puzzling, as it opens the door to the possibility the docs are real, as that was not an unequivocal denial.

It is true the courts would never improperly release such sealed documents. However, lawyers and their employees who were present during the proceedings could do so improperly and risk contempt of court.

In a statement last week, Pleasure P denied knowing of any attorney named Goldstein. However, the Judiciary Report does not believe he was being truthful, as there is a Goldstein affiliated with Pretty Ricky.

Hollywood loves to infringe copyrights, then promise to pay pittance later, after they've made huge profits from breaking the law. Never mind people like me that never would or will grant them permission to use copyrights they greedily eye up and often break the law to get their nasty, despicable hands on, via methods such as hacking or visiting internet sites of indie artists, then illegally copying the musical contents for criminal reuse. Major record labels rip off 300,000 songs for compilation CDs, may owe $60 billion in damages

POSTED AT 6:33 AM December 7, 2009 - Jazz great Chet Baker's estate is suing the major record labels for releasing his music on Canadian CDs without paying compensation (a common practice in Canada, where over 300,000 songs have been released on CD without compensation). The defendants -- Warner Music Canada, Sony BMG Music Canada, EMI Music Canada, and Universal Music Canada -- have admitted that they owe at least CAD$50 million, but Baker's estate is entitled to up to CAD$60 billion.

The claims arise from a longstanding practice of the recording industry in Canada, described in the lawsuit as "exploit now, pay later if at all." It involves the use of works that are often included in compilation CDs (ie. the top dance tracks of 2009) or live recordings. The record labels create, press, distribute and sell the CDs, but do not obtain the necessary copyright licences...

The class action seeks the option of statutory damages for each infringement. At $20,000 per infringement, potential liability exceeds $60 billion.

As previously reported in the November 15, 3009 Beyonce Steals Song Again article, the thieving singer was sued in Chicago, Illinois, for copyright infringement. She has now settled the lawsuit, for outright stealing, in ripping off a preexisting song entitled "Cater 2 U."

The unintelligent, greedy, money grubbing fraud, has a disgracefully habit of stealing item after item, for each of her albums and those of her former band Destiny's Child, in violation of U.S. and international copyright law. She is routinely mocked and derided by many people online for this conduct. Some role model.

Personally, I think she is sick in the head to consistently do this to people, as it is so wicked. Someone works on a copyrighted song for years and this evil, ungodly woman just steals it, collecting millions in royalties and numerous awards, for literally breaking the law. Criminal copyright infringement is a felony under U.S. law. She is a criminal. You are an embarrassment and the world knows it.
