Lindsay’s latest film, the low budget flick "The Canyons" was panned by critics and audiences alike. She is still uninsurable in Hollywood, which means reduced income. Lindsay had amassed tens of millions of dollars in income from her hit teen films, but drugs, alcohol and the occult caused her descent.

What’s ironic is Dina Lohan is said to be a cocaine user, one of the vices she shares with daughter Lindsay. For years Dina lived vicariously through her daughter, encouraging wild partying, drug use and alcoholism, in trying to recapture her youth. However, there comes a time when everyone has to grow up. It’s time to be a responsible parent and adult. You are no longer 17. Neither is Lindsay.
