Kanye West Slams Beck For Winning Grammy Stating Beyonce Should Have Won It

Rapper/producer, Kanye West, went on another one of his notorious rants at the Grammy Awards and it simply was not funny. Last time Kanye lashed out at singer Taylor Swift for winning a Grammy award over his friend Beyonce. This time he insulted Beck for beating Beyonce. Ironically, Beck has more talent as a musician than Kanye and Beyonce. Kanye had the nerve to go on a rant about real artistry and how it is lacking at the Grammys, when he is a known copyright thief, who has been sued by over a dozen people in America for stealing their music.

The majority of Kanye's music is either stolen from newer writers and producers or sampled from old school songs. Some samples he didn't even bother to clear, stealing music from dead musicians, who called him out for this disgraceful behavior. That's not genius. That's theft. It's also illegal, as copyright infringement is a federal crime.

So please, do the public a favor and sit down. The mere fact you keep interrupting people's speeches and stating they should not have won, says you have a mental problem. Stop being Jay Z's lapdog. You're sounding really brainwashed at this point, like a crazy cult member.

However, Kanye grinned, his wife Kim Kardashian grinned; even Jay Z and Beyoncé looked mildly horrified but eventually started laughing. It was all a big joke, right? Uh, maybe not. A few minutes after the ceremony ended, Kanye stopped by E!’s Grammy after-show with Kim and shared his true feelings about Beck’s win over Queen Bey. The gist: He was not pleased.

“Beck needs to respect artistry and he should have given his award to Beyoncé,” he said, adding: “Y’all know what it meant when ‘Ye walked on the stage.” [Beck was a poorly chosen target for Kanye's rant about 'artistry']. So, looks like he wasn’t so happy. We can’t really capture Kanye’s thoughts (who could?) so instead, here’s his entire rant (this one definitely qualifies as a rant) in which he questions the entire point of the Grammy Awards:

I just know that the Grammys, if they want real artists to keep coming back, they need to stop playing with us. We ain’t gonna play with them no more. “Flawless,” Beyoncé video. And Beck needs to respect artistry and he should have given his award to Beyoncé and at this point, we tired of it. Because what happens is when you keep on diminishing art and not respecting the craft and smacking people in the face after they deliver monumental feats of music, you’re disrespectful to inspiration. And we as musicians have to inspire people who go to work every day. And they listen to that Beyoncé album and they feel like it takes them to another place. Then they do this whole promotional event, that, you know, they’ll run the music over somebody’s speech, the artist, because they want a commercial advertising. Like no, we not playing with them no more. And by the way, I got my wife, I got my daughter, and I got my clothing line so I’m not going to do nothing to put my daughter at risk — but I am here to fight for creativity. That’s the reason why I didn’t say anything tonight. But y’all know what it meant when ‘Ye walked on the stage.

French Politician Calls Madonna 'Granny GaGa' Like This Site Previously Did (LOL)

In the April 3, 2012 article "Hotpants Wearing Madonna Mocked On Websites For Not Aging Gracefully" the Judiciary Report labeled deranged pop singer Madonna "Granny Gaga." Two years later, the term has come back to haunt her, as French politician Marine Le Pen slammed the mutton dressed as lamb by calling her "Granny Gaga" as well as a "has been." Madonna slammed Le Pen's political views and later labeled her a racist.

However, Madonna is a foul hypocrite of the worst order to be calling Le Pen a racist, when she has used the n-word in industry circles offending many and publicly in acts that were condemned. Not to mention, Madonna heads up a sick, so-called religious group, emailing black people death threats with the word "n*gger" and other hateful slurs, as well as stalking and approaching victims such as myself with said hate speech. 

Who can be more hateful than Madonna, even singing lyrics, she stole in acts of copyright infringement and adding an item about slave and master to it. Madonna is one of the most hateful people in existence, who is a trouble making vagrant going around harming innocent people via commissioned criminal activity she should be in prison for. She is in no position to cast aspersions on anyone.

40-year-old Girls Gone Wild smut purveyor Joe Francis is receiving a dose of his own medicine as an explicit sex tape featuring him and his 25-year-old girlfriend Abbey Wilson is being shopped around for sale and publication.

Francis has stated the tape was stolen from his girlfriend’s bag. He is threatening to file a lawsuit regarding the tape and any potential distribution thereof, which is ironic, as he is a man who has exploited women and underage girls in his Girls Gone Wild series, leading to many lawsuits.

The violent misogynist once forcefully twisted a female journalist’s arm while slamming her against a car. Recently in a separate incident, Francis was convicted of assault causing great bodily injury and the false imprisonment of three women after a night club incident. He was also jailed for tax evasion and fraud.

Francis has made a fortune filming women and underage girls nude and or in degrading sexual situations. Many of these women demand the DVDs be pulled and now he knows how they feel. However, as the Judiciary Report has consistently maintained, to illegally access (hack, steal ect…) a sex tape and publish the contents is completely unethical and should be a federal crime punishable by imprisonment.

One of my sources has informed me that Rihanna is enraged and shell-shocked at Chris Brown’s reaction to her bids at making him jealous with rival rapper Drake. She is devastated and the cutting comments he publicly made about their relationship and upset that he has been seeking solace in the arms of his rival rapper Drake.

Word is Drake finds the whole thing hilarious, as it made Chris so mad he publicly turned on her in interviews. In a sensational tweet, Chris took a subliminal shot at Rihanna yesterday, regarding her promiscuity in sleeping with so many famous men Jay-Z, Meek Mill, Drake, The Dream, Rocky ASAP, Kanye West and Matt Kemp (rumors also surfaced in Hollywood that she did, um, favors for L.A. Reid).

Rihanna complaining about Brown with the "hoes" as she put it, when she is behaving like one, is hypocritical. To complain about Brown and loyalty, when you’ve had sex with half the industry, is delusional.

President Obama's widely rumored mistress, Beyonce Knowles, took some desperate, unflattering, odd looking, half naked photos for GQ magazine, fed up that rivals Rihanna and Nicki Minaj have been getting way more attention in the pop culture press than she has been.

In the accompanying article, the bottom fell out of Knowles' false humility. She let the mask slip and issued an arrogant, megalomaniacal, delusional quote stating, "I’m more powerful than my mind can even digest ." The Guardian newspaper in London, England has picked up on the whole fiasco and slammed her for it to their millions of readers.

The public doesn't know the real Beyonce. She is one of the most cold, calculating, covetous thieves in world history. Her accomplishments are not her own. She has stolen every single song she has ever signed her name to as writer, from different real songwriters she and her crooked family ripped off. That's not being an "independent woman" another song she stole and was sued for. That's just being a flatout criminal and fraud, as copyright infringement and is a crime and its byproduct is money laundering and bank fraud.

It's odd that Beyonce should talk about feminism in an interview when she has single-handedly stolen from more female songwriters and artists than most in music history, depriving women of the "equal pay" she so ineloquently and hypocritically speaks about. Knowles is the Lance Armstrong of the music industry (much like her pal Madonna).

The Guardian, Tuesday 15 January 2013 15.00 EST - The singer's interview in American GQ offers a perfect snapshot of where the western women's movement is. And it's not pretty. Beyoncé … 'Famous women can sing about independence, as long as they’re wearing next to nothing' Beyoncé … And so, 50 years on from Friedan, it pleases me to announce that we have a new face to the modern-day feminist movement. That face belongs to none other than Beyoncé Knowles.

Last week the new issue of American GQ came out and it neatly encapsulated where western feminism is today. Inside, Knowles gives an interview that will probably be studied by future generations for lessons in both the loopiness of the 21st-century celebrity world and how hilariously far American magazine interviews have fallen since the days of, say, Gay Talese and Lillian Ross. In this typical piece of puffery, Knowles shows off her "temperature-controlled digital storage facility that contains virtually every photo of her", including one video diary entry in which she informs herself that she is going to listen to one of her own songs before having sex with her husband, which is one way to get in the mood, I guess.

But there is, the GQ journalist assures the reader, more to Knowles than raging narcissism – she is a powerful woman with a defiant feminist streak. "Equality is a myth, and for some reason everyone accepts that women don't make as much money as men do," she rails. "I truly believe that women should be financially independent from their men. And let's face it, money gives men the power to run the show. It gives men the power to define value. They define what's sexy. And men define what's feminine. It's ridiculous."

Knowles is right: it is ridiculous that American women earn 77 cents to every dollar earned by men. This is almost as ridiculous as, say, a self-professedly powerful female celebrity ("I'm more powerful than my mind can even digest," announces Knowles) complaining about men defining sexiness in a men's magazine in which she poses nearly naked in seven photos, including one on the cover in which she is wearing a pair of tiny knickers and a man's shirt so cropped that her breasts are visible. These photos, incidentally, were taken by the bafflingly successful American photographer, Terry Richardson, a man with a penchant for highly sexualised photos of women and who has been repeatedly accused of sexual exploitation and misconduct by young female models, which Richardson has denied.

To complain about the sexualisation of women in men's magazines may seem like complaining about the weather. But as Knowles rightly says in relation to the pay gap, the status quo should not just be shruggingly accepted if it is wrong. I never fail to be amazed at the high profile, often A-list women who celebrate their professional success by posing near naked on the covers of allegedly classy men's magazines, such as Esquire and GQ, and these covers are, to my eyes, becoming increasingly close to porn. In the past four months alone we've had Cameron Diaz bending over in a pair of mesh pants; topless Mila Kunis in leather trousers (while inside she writhes naked on a bed); Rihanna naked save for a mini leather jacket; Lana Del Rey also naked except for some jewellery (that was on GQ's October issue, which had four alternative covers that all featured men. All of these men, funnily enough, were clothed).

It's one thing to submit to this attention-seeking nonsense if you're a C-list reality TV desperado trying to get on the cover of Nuts; it's another if you are professedly one of the most powerful women in the entertainment business who has no need of such tactics. Knowles rightly hates the fact that women are humiliated by being paid less than their male counterparts. But they are similarly humiliated by being fed the message that it doesn't matter how successful, powerful or smart you are – all that matters is how sexually available you are willing to make yourself look...

Is It Fair For Rihanna To Get Mad At Chris Brown For Cheating When She Is Doing The Same With...

Is it fair for volatile singer Rihanna to erupt in rage on and off the internet at boyfriend Chris Brown for cheating on her with Karrueche Tran and others, while she continues to have sex with married rapper and mentor Jay-Z. Rihanna still meets up with Jay-Z for sex and people in the entertainment industry have been talking about it.

The whole thing comes across as hypocritical. Jay-Z, who is married to singer Beyonce Knowles, continues to cheat on her with Rihanna (and others, famous and non-famous) during their marriage. Getting married didn't not change his wild behavior. Knowles has ironically married a man just like her dad Matthew Knowles, who would throw cocaine sex parties with prostitutes and even got an actress pregnant during his marriage, dishonoring his wife.

For Jay-Z to attempt to scold Brown on his behavior, is hypocritical as well, as he has been caught on camera hitting a woman, as well as unintentionally having other similar violent incidents witnessed by industry people. None of the males in the aforementioned set of people are showing any fidelity to the women they are with. Rihanna is no better behaving like a coked up dog in heat. Therefore, to expect what you don't give is a lot to ask. 

Brown has made statements off the record in the industry slamming Rihanna's promiscuity. For someone to date another person and have to constantly wonder where you just came from and whose DNA is all over and under you is a demoralizing, disheartening, off putting thing. You think about that. Who in their right mind would like that. Being and bimbo or himbo is not cute. But then again, if people would just get married and be faithful, none of that mess would be causing such problems.

It Is Hypocritical That David Patraeus Be Forced To Resign From The Obama Administration Over Affair

Yesterday, news broke of an extramarital affair between U.S. General David Patraeus and his biographer, Paula Broadwell. Political pundits are stating, the story broke to discredit and damage Patraeus, who is being compelled to testify next week regarding the Benghazi terrorist attack in Libya (Lt. Col. Ralph Peters On Petraeus: "Timing Is Just Too Perfect").

Many blame President Obama for not only misidentifying the terrorist attack at the outset, but failing to prevent it, due to cutting security and having personally sent the U.S. ambassador to the destabilized region in the first place.

It turns out the FBI, headed up by corrupt director, Robert S. Mueller and the Department of Justice, led (more like misled) by Attorney General Eric Holder, opened an investigation into Patraeus and found he has been engaging in an affair with Broadwell.

The Judiciary Report finds this highly hypocritical, as based on one of my sources responsive for some of my exclusives that turned out to be 100% true, both Mueller and Holder have cheated on their wives. Who are they to throw stones at Patraeus.

 I don't agree with things Patraeus has done in his official capacity in the U.S. government (being privy to renditions and torture and being complicit about said crimes), but for him to be forced out over adultery, which is wrong, as wives do end up very hurt over their husband's affairs, is dubious.  

As I stated on Twitter, if members of the government were to be forced out over committing adultery, half the government would be gone. Obama himself has been the subject of claims regarding an adulterous affair with a younger woman named Vera Baker. For Obama, Holder and Mueller to have kept their jobs all this time, yet Patraeus must go for committing the same sin they have, is hypocritical.

The Judiciary Report is of the belief this scandal is truly about the Benghazi hearings. But on another note, I hope Patraeus' wife of 37-years will forgive him. It's not about self-righteousness, but there is a human angle to all of this. This is why adultery is so sad, it damages the family unit and leaves people brokenhearted. It's a difficult and upsetting thing to go through, but people deserve a second chance to rebuild their lives and marriages.

The one time star is engaging in desperate publicity and attention seeking acts, because her career is over, her tours aren't selling and people all over the world are walking out on her pathetic shows (The Public Walks Out On Madonna's Show In London Branding It The 'Worst Concert Ever').    

No one wants to see that. Cover it up. You are embarrassing yourself.

Madonna is also a deranged, devilish hypocrite, to be slamming politicians over lack of free speech laws. Madonna arrogantly and criminally pays hackers at the hosting company for Madonna.com to wage confirmed "denial of service" attacks against the Judiciary Report website, attempting to block people from reading it. Her paid hackers also waged hacks designed to erase articles contained on the Judiciary Report, move and reroute web links and deface the the site, as it exposes her illegal conduct of criminal copyright infringement and emailed death threats and racial slurs. It hasn't help Madonna or her cronies one bit, only offended and inconvenienced my millions of readers, also known as individuals apart of the music and film buying public (hence all your flops).

She is the last person that should be speaking about free speech, as she and her stupid Kabbalah cult are constantly and criminally trying to deprive the Judiciary Report of that right. But Madonna's a media whore. Any hot topic or trend and she insanely jumps on the bandwagon without looking, desperate for attention. She could care less about anyone but herself.

This month, Madonna has been sued for defying the warning, like a crazy, illogical, publicity seeking idiot, regarding the aforementioned incident. French politician, Marine Le Pen, filed suit against the dimwitted pop star, as the non-singing thief never thinks her actions through. Le Pen is a member of a controversial political party in France.

Madonna's tour video featuring French politician, Marine Le Pen, with a swastika photoshopped on her forehead. Madonna, being the Satanist she is has been glorifying the theme in the Bible that denounces people putting such symbols on their hands or foreheads.

Madonna used the attention surrounding Le Pen, via adding her image to a video and placing a swastika on her forehead. She was warned not to bring that madness to France on tour, due to strict defamation laws. But being the arrogant witch she is, Madonna did not listen.

Mother of three, Marissa Alexander, could spend the next 20-years in prison, for defending herself during a domestic violence dispute, where her husband assaulted and threatened to kill her. Alexander alleges her husband lunged at her during an argument in their home, pinning her against the wall, while attacking her for trying to leave him. She states she pulled out her gun in self-defense and shot at the wall once. No one was shot during the incident.

He ran outside, contacted the police and told them Alexander shot at him and his two sons from another relationship. Alexander now faces two decades in prison on three counts of "aggravated assault with no intent to harm" and was denied bail or permission to use "Stand Your Ground" as a legal defense. 

George Zimmerman murders underage teen Trayvon Martin on a public street, enrages the nation and the world, yet quickly receives bail. What is wrong with this picture. There is something wrong with the justice system. It is protecting the criminals. Too many cases are showing it is corrupt and biased.

The Judiciary Report has contended for years that Hollywood is racist, though it claims to be liberal and tolerant. Here's more proof. Academy Award winning Hollywood actor, Tom Hanks, attended a function at his children's Los Angeles based school St. Matthews and performed a skit with another parent, who was in blackface and jungle clothing, while holding his "trophy gorilla" - which is another slur for black people.

This is extremely offensive to the black community, as it plays on decades old, nasty, untrue stereotypes alleging blacks are uncouth, brainless slaves and "jungle bunnies" as the slur goes. Hanks is seen smiling and joking in the video, indicating his approval of the disgusting, racially derogatory performance that would only be funny to narrow minded, pea-brained racists.

Glen Frey, a member of the liberal rock band the Eagles, was also heard joking about the man in blackface, "This is as close to diversity as we’ll get at St Matthews." Mr. Frey is clearly a racist as well, as the Judiciary Report struggles to comprehend how any of this is even remotely funny. There is no question about it - their conduct was meant to be racist and was done with absolute forethought. This is outright racism and worse than what Rush Limbaugh says on air.

Obama's Lectures On 'Gas Guzzlers' Is Ironic As He Uses More Gas Than The Average American

President Barack Obama has been lecturing and "mocking" political opponents and Americans in general, on the ills of modes of transportation that are "gas guzzlers" labeling such folks "Flat Earthers" (the only thing "flat" is your jump shot). This is ironic, as President Obama uses more gas than the average American, courtesy of Air Force One and the presidential limo. That's right, I'm going there tonight with this article and it's partly due to the fact I have PMS and somebody is going to pay for that!

Now, I'm not knocking Obama for flying in Air Force One, as it is a sweet aircraft that keeps the Commander-in-Chief, Gas-Guzzler-In-Chief safe, but to lecture everyone else on "gas guzzlers" where you suck up more gas than two hundred Americans on a commercial airliner, is, how do I put it, hypocritical.

The Beast

Moving on to Obama's favorite mode of land transportation, the presidential limo, which he dubbed "the Beast." Before I begin, why did he name it "The Beast." Not to get technical, but theologically speaking, "the Beast" is the name of the anti-Christ/Satan in the Bible. But I digress. The last I checked, "the Beast" was not an electric or wind up car. My point, while President Obama dangerously drives up the price of gas, fulfilling a campaign threat to wean Americans off oil (the hard way) he is using enough gas for a few hundred people.

During a speech at a college in Maryland, Obama said, "We've heard this kind of thinking before. Let me tell you something. If some of these folks were around when Columbus set sail, they must have been founding members of the Flat Earth Society," he continues, "...I guess they like gas guzzlers. They think that's good for our future. We're trying to move towards the future, they want to be stuck in the past!"

It is not about gas prices, it is about incentivizing people by removing their choices. If gas prices are too high, they actually work to the benefit of this mentality.

The invasive, privacy invading FBI has released a very derogatory file on the late Apple CEO Steve Jobs. The arrogant file refers to jobs in unflattering terms, implying he was a crazy liar. The FBI was vetting Jobs for a government post and pronounced in their files, "Several individuals questioned Mr. Jobs' honesty stating that Mr. Jobs will twist the truth and distort reality in order to achieve his goals."

The FBI is very out of order to have the audacity to keep such a file and on someone that contributed so much more to America than they ever have or will. At least Jobs wasn't costing America jobs or money ever year and failing like the FBI does, adding $8 billion annually to the national deficit. Who are they to be talking about Jobs like that. They are so deluded.

The FBI has worse files on Jobs they are hiding and hopefully one day they will be made public. The released files shows the agency's arrogance, not to mention their hypocrisy, to make such comments about Jobs, when the FBI's director, Robert S. Mueller, is a serial philanderer, who has repeatedly cheated on his wife with young women, accepted bribes not to bring charges against lawbreaking companies such as News Corp and people like Rupert Murdoch and Madonna. He also passed dirty money to his offspring.

As many internet readers know, Megaupload.com was raided by the U.S. FBI, assets were seized and employees taken into custody. The owner of Megaupload.com is eccentric Kim Schmitz, also known as Kim Dotcom. However, the husband of Sony Music singer, Alicia Keys, rapper and producer, Swizz Beatz (Kasseem Dean) is listed as CEO of the company that makes $175,000,000 per year from mass criminal copyright infringement. Amazingly Dean was not arrested, but far be it from the FBI to do such a thing to a star.

While the Judiciary Report does not agree with copyright infringement, especially as the owner of a vast Copyrighted Catalog, I find it quite hypocritical Hollywood was all in a huff over Megaupload, when tinseltown criminally steals more copyrights than any other entity in existence. So basically, what Hollywood is complaining about and pushed the FBI to do something regarding, is Megaupload criminally infringing the copyrights Hollywood criminally stole from other people.

Greedy, unscrupulous News Corp CEO, Rupert Murdoch, took to Twitter, issuing a foolish tweet, slamming British people as lazy. Murdoch inappropriately wrote, "Brits have too many holidays for a broke country." You need to shut up. For someone that has made billions off the British people via his products, regrettably produced via contemptible, privacy invading, phone hacking, thieving ways, you could show a bit more gratitude, you pervert.

If it weren't for Britain, you would not have gained the international name you enjoyed, only to get greedy and start abusing members of the public for profit. You're a vengeful, vicious, insidious little man, with no moral compass. You spend your days paying private investigators and thugs to stalk and invade the privacy of adults and children alike for profit, which makes me think you're a lunatic with a fixation on people's kids.

I don't know why any world government tolerates you for even a second. All you do is criminally rob and destroy other people's companies, leaving many unemployed around the globe, utilizing a brand of greed that makes the devil proud to call you his own. And make no mistake, Murdoch, you are the devil's own.

If I were in charge of a government negatively impacted by your crimes, I would have read you the riot act, extraditing your crazy backside so fast, paramedics would need to have nitroglycerin on stand by for you, when I got finished dragging you through the criminal court system. You violated the privacy of deceased children, of all people, for profit and the world will never forget that.

The world cannot deal with financial criminals and thugs like you with kid gloves, as you are one of the people responsible for the global financial crisis that began in America and spread to the world. But keep talking smack. When the public finds out the full truth about what you've done and how far you went, the time is coming when the world will tolerate you and your devil spawn children no more, leaving you consigned to a life behind closed doors, until someone in government gets the testosterone to put you where you belong, in prison.

Pelosi is implying she has dirt on former fellow House Speaker, Gingrich, which she will reveal shortly to derail his presidential bid for the White House.

That's rich. This certainly is a teapot calling the kettle black moment, as Pelosi, who was outed last month on the show "60 Minutes" for insider trading, using congressional information to financially enrich herself, which lacks ethics, has a number of skeletons in her closet and scandals waiting to happen.

Pelosi, has after all, been illegally privy to and politically benefited from, unlawfully obtained, privacy invading documents and surveillance data from the FBI, who spied on innocent people in ways the Constitution and U.S. Code does not permit. While, Gingrich is no boy scout, as he belongs to a clandestine organization the Judiciary Report finds questionable, Pelosi should not be the Democrat to throw stones at him, as she is no Mary Poppins. It wreaks of hypocrisy.
