Girls Gone Wild’s Joe Francis Threatens Lawsuit Over Stolen Sex Tape

40-year-old Girls Gone Wild smut purveyor Joe Francis is receiving a dose of his own medicine as an explicit sex tape featuring him and his 25-year-old girlfriend Abbey Wilson is being shopped around for sale and publication.

Francis has stated the tape was stolen from his girlfriend’s bag. He is threatening to file a lawsuit regarding the tape and any potential distribution thereof, which is ironic, as he is a man who has exploited women and underage girls in his Girls Gone Wild series, leading to many lawsuits.

The violent misogynist once forcefully twisted a female journalist’s arm while slamming her against a car. Recently in a separate incident, Francis was convicted of assault causing great bodily injury and the false imprisonment of three women after a night club incident. He was also jailed for tax evasion and fraud.

Francis has made a fortune filming women and underage girls nude and or in degrading sexual situations. Many of these women demand the DVDs be pulled and now he knows how they feel. However, as the Judiciary Report has consistently maintained, to illegally access (hack, steal ect…) a sex tape and publish the contents is completely unethical and should be a federal crime punishable by imprisonment.

Spoiled socialite, Paris Hilton, is angry at allegations, she smuggled drugs inside her vagina, so as not to be detected by airport authorities. Hilton, a full fledged drug addict and alcoholic, was arrested in Las Vegas last month on cocaine charges. Three months prior, she was arrested in South Africa, during the World Cup, for marijuana possession. Hilton is clearly traveling with drugs.

The smuggling allegation was recently made in a forthcoming book, by a former cameraman of Joe Fracis' Girl Gone Wild company. In the book, Ryan Simkin states, Francis sent friend Hilton illegal drugs for personal use.

When Simkin questioned how Hilton would get the illegal narcotics through airport security, she illustrated she would insert the Joe Camel cigarette box of cocaine, into her vagina and smuggle it to her next destination. Interpol Judiciary Report note to airport security: Paris Hilton needs full cavity searches when she rolls through. Er, medically speaking, tell her to cough and see what happens.

Is there any wonder her grandfather disinherited the family. Is such conduct really necessary, Paris. Most people that smuggle drugs, do so due to financial lack. Hilton did so to get high and continues to drag her family's name through the mud.

Joe Francis, the frequently sued founder of the distasteful "Girls Gone Wild" series, has been sued again, but this time for assault.

An enraged Francis, punched Playboy playmate, Jayde Nicole in the face, grabbed her by the hair, yanked her off a bar stool, dragged her through a night club, to an outside parking lot, then proceeded to repeatedly kick her.

Initially, Francis called Jayde Nicole a liar, denying the reports. However, Radar Online, later uncovered security video illustrating Francis mercilessly beating Jadye. Many are calling for his arrest.

Francis is no stranger to roughing up women. He assaulted a journalist in Florida a few years ago, during an interview, when he decided to demonstrate, how he was allegedly treated by police, via throwing her against a car and painfully twisting her arm behind her back.

Most people can appreciate a demonstration in retelling a story, but no ethical person likes a reenactment that involves violence, Mr. Francis.

Cop Says Radar Video Enough Evidence To Arrest Joe Francis

Posted on Oct 09, 2009 @ 06:59AM - After watching the shocking video of Joe Francis attacking Jayde Nicole in a nightclub in August, retired Los Angeles Police Department Lieutenant Raymond Foster exclusively told RadarOnline.com: "He should absolutely be arrested for this."

Lt. Foster also says: "If the officers saw the video or if they'd had the benefit of seeing the video, I think you have felony battery."

"They've both committed crimes," Foster said of the incident where Jayde Nicole poured a drink on Francis and he grabbed her by her hair from behind and dragged her through the bar, "Two wrongs don't make a right, but yanking a woman by the hair, dragging her like that, that is absolutely a more serious crime."
