Mariah Carey's Stylist For Las Vegas Residency Making Her Look Bad (Photos)

Mariah Carey's Las Vegas residency showcases the singer in tight, ill-fitting clothes that do not compliment her frame

New photos have been released from the first three shows of singer Mariah Carey's residence in Las Vegas, Nevada at Caesar's Palace. Not only is Carey having serious vocal trouble, forcing her to cancel a show after just one week of three performances, she has another problem - wardrobe. This residency is damaging her legacy in a serious way.

One has to wonder if Carey ticked off her stylist, as the costume choices are not flattering. The clothes and hairstyles do not suit her. There are so many other flattering choices that could have been made in regard to attire. Carey is not aging badly, as her face still looks youthful, but going out there sounding less than her best and wearing unflattering clothes will only serve to hurt her career that has already sustained damage.

Mariah Carey's latest tour, to back her flopped CD "Elusive Chanteuse" has been a vocal disaster. Now it has turned into a costume disaster as well. Tight, short and ill-fitting clothes that do not flatter the singer are provoking criticism and ridicule online. Carey's costume designer needs to take it back to the drawing board.

Meanwhile, Carey's disloyal, soon-to-be ex-husband Nick Cannon is busy dating different women (just like he did when they were still together before she realized what he was up to in cheating). Cannon was connected to soon-to-be divorced Amber Rose.

This week he has been spotted canoodling with a brunette. The unnamed woman looked giddy on the date. Cannon looked at the paparazzi like he'd been caught in a situation he didn't want publicized in the press. Wait until Carey sees the pics.

Who is designing Britney Spears' crazy tour costumes, pardon the pun and more importantly, are they holding a grudge against her for something (suppressing laughter). Spears is being laughed at all over the internet on pop culture blogs and newspaper websites alike, for taking to the stage last night inappropriately dressed in some of the worst costumes she has ever worn. Do we need to put your costume designer under a conservatorship as well.
