Son Beats Mom Unconscious With Hockey Stick When Her Credit Card Is Declined At Taco Bell

Mexican food is delicious. Taco Bell knows this, hence the creation of their restaurant chain. 22-year-old Logan Badgley, beat his mom in the head with a hockey stick, after her debit card was declined at a Taco Bell in Memphis, Tennessee. Badgley's mom had warned him in advance that there were inadequate funds in her account, but he took her debit card and used it anyway.

When the card was declined at Taco Bell, Badgley returned home and attacked his poor mother. The blow to the head knocked Badgley's mom unconscious. He hit her with such force it created "a laceration to the head." His mother must be devastated to know he did such a thing to her.

Badgley, who has been charged with aggravated assault, is invoking the inadequate drunk defense, while he sits in jail awaiting a November 1, 2016 court hearing on his case. However, he is what is known as "a mean drunk" and needs to do time for inflicting grievous bodily injury upon his defenseless mother. He needs to learn to be responsible for his actions, to prevent this from happening again.

Badley needs to apologize to his mother. A traumatic brain injury is a serious matter than has damaging long term effects. He also needs to enroll in rehab. He is wasting his life being drunk and is posing a danger to the community erupting in spontaneous acts of violence. Substance abuse is a serious issue and one that has become a problem all over the world.

OCTOBER 24--A Tennessee man struck his mother in the head with a hockey stick after he unsuccessfully sought to use her debit card to purchase food at Taco Bell, police report. Investigators allege that Logan Badgley, 22, argued with his mother Saturday evening “because he wanted her debit card so he could go get some Taco Bell.” Though Badgley’s mother told him “there was no money in the account,” he “took the card anyway and left the residence.”

In short order, Badgley returned to the family's home in Lakeland, a Memphis suburb. The victim told cops that her son was angry because he had discovered the card could not cover his Taco Bell purchase. According to a criminal complaint, Badgley confronted his mother in the garage, where he “grabbed his hockey stick” and struck her on the left side of the head. The blow knocked the woman to the ground, where she lost consciousness...

FedEx, headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee is running an outright, fraudulent a billing scam. I recently selected FedEx as the shipping service for an order I placed online. FedEx quoted an exact price, which I paid with my debit card. The merchandise arrived from the order I placed online and paid the full bill for at checkout. Days later, I received a second bill from FedEx demanding an additional "shipping and handling fee" that was not mentioned or included in the original $137.00 fee they had charged me for 5-day delivery on my order.

FedEx sent me a threatening letter demanding this extra money, which is fraud. For you to quote a fee ($137.00), then accept payment, receive your money from the person's bank account, then decide you want a second payment of $60, one you did not previously disclose, is fraud and extortion. Be careful using FedEx. I am going to avoid using them in the future. They are trying to undercut competitors by offering lower prices, but after they take your money, they will send you a second bill demanding more funds that exceeds what all their competitors would charge or they will sue you.

The family of terrorist Mohammod Youssuf Abdulazeez, 24, who shot and killed four U.S. Marines at a Chattanooga Navy Operational Support Center, is claiming he was suffering from depression and blaming the condition for his murderous acts. This caused offense among many, as most depressed people do not resort to acts of violence and murder.


Abdulazeez was a terrorist, Muslim extremist carrying out Jihad, as described in the Koran. Abdulazeez was indoctrinated in the ways of terrorism by cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, who also led others astray, such as terrorists Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab (the underwear bomber) Richard Reid (shoe bomber) Nidal Hasan and the September 11th bombers, among others.

How Will Nelly's Drug And Gun Arrest Impact His Reality Show 'Nellyville'

Rapper and reality star Nelly was recently arrested on gun and drug charges in Tennessee. Police know tour buses often carry drug paraphernalia and drugs and as a result often stop musicians traveling from town to town. Nelly, real name Cornell Haynes, has denied the drugs and guns found during the surprise search belong to him.

Nelly released a statement revealing he will be careful in future regarding the people he associates with who brought the illegal items onto his tour bus. Nelly stated, "I feel the need to take responsibility for my choices in needing to be more aware of all the people I associate with and allow onto my property. While my instinct of course, is to be accessible to my friends, fans and acquaintances, the last thing I would want to do is compromise the respect and admiration of my friends, family and fans."

In the meantime, no news has been released by television network B.E.T. regarding what impact Nelly's arrest will have on his hit reality show "Nellyville." However, the arrest would certainly bring in increased ratings for season two, as the case works its way through the court system.

Nelly Arrested On Drug And Gun Charges Accused Of Selling Drugs

Rapper and reality star Nelly, real name Cornell Haynes, was arrested in Nashville, Tennessee on drug and gun possession charges. Police stopped Nelly’s tour bus for not having the right stickers and did a surprise search of the vehicle. Police discovered marijuana, meth (MDMA/Ecstasy) and three guns in the sleeping quarters of bus.

Police also discovered 100 small Ziploc bags used to pack and sell drugs. This resulted in Nelly being arrested on felony drug charges. Nelly, via his attorney, Scott Rosenblum, is denying the drugs belong to him. Nelly’s attorney stated to website TMZ, "Nelly will not be associated with the contraband that was allegedly discovered.

Recently, I watched a riveting documentary on teenage girl Cyntoia Brown, who was arrested at age 16 for shooting a 43-year-old man, who had brought her to his house to have sex with the underage minor. By age 16, Brown had engaged in sexual intercourse with 36 men and women, only four of which she actually wanted to sleep with. Brown, a victim of sexual abuse and rape by a family member, then a pimp who repeatedly exploited her, was given up for adoption by her mother at age two. Her father was physically abusive as well.

Mixed race girl Brown was adopted by a loving mother, but it's amazing how DNA took over and she made the same regrettable choices her biological mother did, without even knowing the two took similar negative paths in life. Brown's grandmother had substance abuse issues. Brown's mother Gina began taking drugs and prostituting herself at age 16. Then Brown, who grew up away from her biological mother, did the same thing at age 16 as well, but ended up committing murder when an incident of prostitution grew out of her control. 

The jury in Tennessee did not view Brown as blameless in the shooting and sentenced her to life in prison for the murder of a man, who was breaking the law in paying for sex with a minor. Now aged 18, Brown fights for her freedom from behind bars, as her public defender files appeals. She has expressed sincere regret over her life choices.

When a sin runs through a family, it tends to grow worse as it hits each generation, if something is not done to correct it. This is why it is important to talk to your kids and discourage them from making the same mistakes you did. Teach your kids that they don't have to make the same wrong choices and there is a better way. Break the cycle. Prayer is a very useful tool as well.   

Some of you are on the cusp of making terrible life decisions that could land you behind bars. Don't do it. There are no shortcuts in life and revenge is not the answer to your problems. As difficult as it may seem at first, do things the right way and take the high road. Even if you've gotten in trouble, do your best to get back on your feet and start again. Don't give up on yourself or let others judge you for your past mistakes. Move forward along the right path.

File this one under black crimes. Sometimes you read a headline regarding crime and don't even have to guess the color of the perpetrators. This is one of those times. A black father and son, Antonius Hart Sr. and Antonius Hart Jr., went to Pirtle's Chicken in Memphis, Tennessee. On their way home they realized the fast food restaurant forgot to put the chicken wings they paid for in their order.

Needless to say, they turned right around and drove all the way back to the restaurant. The Harts pulled out AK-47s, yes, AK-47s and pointed them at the staff of the restaurant, demanding the chicken they ordered and paid, in addition to additional chicken as compensation. I have no words for this. First an Elvis impersonator in Memphis mails the president ricin and now this. Memphis is getting gansta.

Rapper Rick Ross Had Two Seizures In One Day Which Diverted Two Planes Today

Miami rapper and former corrections officer, Rick Ross, fell ill today in a series of events that are very unusual. While on a private plane from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to Memphis, Tennessee in America, for a concert, Ross had a seizure and fell unconscious. The plane was diverted, sent back to Ft. Lauderdale, where paramedics feverishly worked to revive him. He was transported to a Florida hospital and released shortly after.

Ross then boarded another aircraft en route to Tennessee for his show and experienced a second seizure, which led to that plane being diverted as well, this time to Birmingham, Alabama. He was transported to another hospital, where he currently rests. His condition is currently unknown. Considering many seizure patients bite their tongues, as a matter of practicality, he should not have been rushing to do the concert so soon.

Epilepsy is not something to play with. Ross needs to be on agreeable anti-epileptic medication immediately. I state agreeable, as I have seen patients on pharmaceutical drugs such as Lamictal do well, while others on Tegretol see their white blood cell count decimated. It must be monitored.

Ross must consistently take anti-seizure medication, as missed dosages can facilitate what is known as a "grand mal" seizure, which can turn deadly. Many people with epilepsy lead normal and productive lives, but they must take their medicine to control the electrical activity in the brain creating the seizures. There's no shame in taking the medicine.

Over the past few years, doctors have made strides in seizure surgeries, using various techniques to limit or eliminate them altogether. However, as with all surgery, there exists inherent risks that may prove more dangerous than it is worth, to address the issue in a method other than medication.

The fraudulent singer and so-called songwriter, who has unlawfully put her name to stolen songs she did not write, is so full of herself, she believed he would never cheat on her, because she consented to marry someone she deems less famous. However, she seems to forget how she deceitfully became famous in the first place (see: casting couch) and that the accolades she won are unearned, due to the fraud and theft she committed to get them.
