The Obama Administration is the most invasive in U.S. history. They are the worst privacy invaders America and the world has ever known. The levels they spy on people is astonishing. The spying includes wiretapping, computer and email hacking, webcam hacking to watch targets in their homes, audio bugs, hidden cameras and the misuse of GPS satellites, among other things.

Film director Oliver Stone, recently released the film "Snowden" about brave NSA whistleblower, Edward Snowden, who leaked documents that confirmed what the Judiciary Report has stated for years - the Obama Administration is illegally spying on many people for political advantage and financial gain. This illegal, fruitless spying has cost America a fortune.

Stone recently stated people are disillusioned by Obama, whom the public thought was "a man of integrity." He is anything but, which time will show. Stone also stated, "Obama has doubled down on the (George W.) Bush administration policies. He has created... the most massive global security surveillance state that's ever been seen, way beyond East Germany's Stasi, way beyond that. In the name of one thing -- terrorism -- to change all the rules is not a marginal response, it's an extreme response. Let's beware of fascists and tyrants who tell us 'we are going to protect you'. I don't want that."

The Film 'Scarface' Shows What The Drug Trade Is All About

I saw the 1983 film "Scarface" again on AMC last week (the edited, clean version). The movie, filmed in Miami, Florida and Santa Barbara, California, chronicled what was transpiring in Miami at the time during the violent drug trade. The lead character in the film "Tony Montana" was an immigrant to Miami, who wanted to become rich very fast and saw selling cocaine as the answer to his poverty problems.

"Scarface" is often glorified by rappers, who completely miss the message of the film, which is to avoid the drug trade. Director Brian DePalma and writer/director Oliver Stone showed the dangerous, depraved, paranoid and unhappy life that goes with being a drug dealer. However, rappers quote sayings from the film putting a positive spin on what is a very negative and harmful lifestyle.

  

Only actress Lindsay Lohan snorts more cocaine than Scarface

Rappers promote the drug trade via music, rapping positively about what is destructive behavior. This negatively influences impressionable audiences, who quickly want the homes, cars, jewelry, clothes and women, then get into the drug trade trying to live like rappers (many of whom are just pretending for the cameras, living on credit and rented luxury items). 

The terrible consequences of drug dealing is far more real than what rappers are showing you. Miami had quite a few Tony Montanas running around in the 190s, who wreaked havoc on the city. They bought up luxury homes, cars, jewelry and designer clothes. Some drug dealers were buying several homes and businesses in cash to launder the money. Their was so much money laundering going on in Miami from the drug trade the federal government had to make new rules for how much money one can deposit without it being flagged and sent to the government for inspection ($5,000). If you buy a house or car cash, the sale is sent to the government for inspection to verify it did not come from the drug trade or any other illegal sources. 

While the drug trade did not personally touch my life, I know someone who was profoundly affected by it. When I moved to Miami in the 1980s as a kid, the drug trade was in full swing. I didn't fully understand it, as I was a child, I just knew it was something negative from what I was told and watched on the news with my mom. 

At the time my mom's friend's daughter was dating a man a few had assumed to be a drug dealer shifting cocaine. He bought a house, a Porsche and BMW. He wore a massive gold rope chain and designer clothes. A young man with no job in possession of said assets and no explanation as to how he acquired them, will draw attention. He got my mom's friend's daughter pregnant. They were both in their early twenties and living in luxury from the drug trade. However, she and her mom were told his money came from his dad's business. It wasn't until the police arrested him and all the material possessions were taken away that it came home to everyone he was a cocaine dealer. He was sentenced to many years in prison and missed his daughter growing up. 

As the saying goes, drug dealers end up dead or in jail, if they refuse to leave the drug trade. Some were caught early by police as small time hustlers and gave up on the trade, not realizing it saved their lives and futures. Some leave the trade when something terribly violent happens. I saw an interview with a former drug dealer, who stated the very expensive watch he was wearing, saved his life. A rival drug dealer opened fire on his vehicle, but the bullet hit the watch, damaging his hand that was covering his chest, but did not go through to his heart. He gave his life to God after that and became a pastor.

A few years of living in luxury is not worth one's life or a long stretch in jail. Leave the drug trade alone. If you're not in it, don't get in it. If you're in it, get out now. Turn your life around and do something honest with it.

NSA Leaker Edward Snowden Offered Asylum In Venezuela, Nicaragua And Bolivia

NSA whistle blower and American born citizen, Edward Snowden, has been offered asylum in Venezuela, Nicaragua and Bolivia, after exposing the unconstitutional wiretapping and hacking crimes being committed against Americans and international citizens by the National Security Agency (which the Judiciary Report calls the National Spy Agency).

After Snowden leaked the existence of an extensive and invasive NSA program the agency dubbed Prism, he became a target of the Obama Administration, who now want him dead or alive. According to reports in the mainstream press, the Obama Administration wanted Snowden "disappeared" and with new rules enacted by the government, granting them the unconstitutional ability to kill Americans, previously forbidden by law, his life is in jeopardy.

The Obama Administration has filed extradition papers for Snowden, but thus far no nation has been responsive. It's hypocritical that the government has filed extradition papers on Snowden, claiming he has committed crimes in blowing the whistle on unconstitutional spying, yet the government broke the law via this invasiveness against the people and James Clapper lied to Congress about it, which is a crime as well. The Judiciary Report hopes Mr. Snowden will reach his destination safely and have a good and happy life in his new surroundings.

Venezuela, Bolivia offer asylum to U.S. intel leaker Snowden

Updated 11:57 AM EDT, Sat July 6, 2013 -  (CNN) -- Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has offered asylum to Edward Snowden, the state-run AVN news agency reported Friday, without offering details.

And Bolivia "is willing to give asylum" to the U.S. intelligence leaker, President Evo Morales said Saturday, according to a government statement.

The reports came shortly after Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega said he would grant Snowden asylum in his country "if the circumstances permit." Ortega didn't elaborate on his announcement, made during a speech in Managua, except to say his country is "open and respectful to the right of asylum."

"It's clear that that if the circumstances permit it we will gladly receive Snowden and will grant him asylum here in Nicaragua," Ortega said.

Film Review: Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps

"Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps" is the sequel to the 1988 film "Wall Street." The derivative follow up stars Michael Douglas and Shia LaBeouf. I state derivative, because this movie is largely comprised of unsourced, verbatim quotes from published, preexisting copyrighted articles on the 2008 Economic Depression that began on Wall Street and swept the world.

The second installment picks up where the first film left off. It opens with the release of incarcerated inside trader and overall felon, Gordon Gekko (not Geico). He is deposited back into the population with $1,800 to his name. However, Gekko, immediately begins scheming, seeking ways to become rich again, after 8-years in the pokey (prison).

Gekko's embittered daughter, Winnie (Carey Mulligan), is engaged to marry, Jacob (Shia LaBeouf), who is a stock broker bent on revenge, after the death of his mentor and boss, Lou Zabel, who killed himself when facing financial ruination, willfully orchestrated by a greedy financier, Bretton James (Josh Brolin). Many have lost their money in the crisis, but suicide is not the way out. Getting back on your feet and rebuilding is.

"Wall Street 2" was well filmed, but lacked the potency and authenticity of the original, but thankfully, a lot of the filth is missing this time around. It is anti-climactic.

Lindsay Lohan Lied About Why She Missed Court Hearing

Judge Marsha Revel has ordered a hearing to determine if wayward, one time actress, Lindsay Lohan, has violated the terms of her probation again. Lohan missed a required court hearing yesterday, which left her lawyer struggling to explain her unpredictable and unreliable client.

Lohan flew thousands of miles to Cannes, France, for the Cannes International Film Festival, under the guise of promoting a biopic on former porn star, Linda Lovelace.

She made officials in Cannes look bad, claiming someone stole her passport and she reported it as such, when the authorities have no record of her doing so. Originally the excuse was Icelandic volcanic ash left her stranded in France. Then, the story turned into someone stole her passport.

The Judiciary Report believes Lohan lied in an attempt to excuse her pre-planned absence in the California probation hearing, she simply blew off, as she disobeyed the judge's orders in not completing the required amount of alcohol education classes at the required intervals.

The Cannes Film Festival basically went off without a hitch, until Lohan created all this drama and bad press. The festival organizers are not amused. Neither are the police. No one from California wanted to give her a plane ride back to the States either.

And Lohan wonders why no one in Hollywood wants to hire her. Here's a tip, nowhere in the world do directors and other production staff, like going to bed at night with indigestion, wondering if a wayward actor or actress will show up for work tomorrow and be sober or blow their production sky high with their poor conduct.

As the mind prepares to drift into slumber and is wondering how to best film scenes to include all the key points one wishes to express, here is this nagging side thought about a unpredictable actress, who is a wild card in whether things will fall to pieces the next day, ruin the budget, run up costs and mess with insurance coverage. This is what you do to them.

No one needs that kind of aggravation and most people will not put up with it, because they simply do not have to do so. There's always a new busload of beautiful hopefuls wanting to be famous and willing to show up on time with out insobriety issues.

Lohan breezed into Cannes like she was Angelina Jolie with a finished filmed project to promote. People like director Oliver Stone were there to promote actual films that were completed, such as "Wall Street 2" A/K/A " Money Never Sleeps."

Indie filmmakers were also there with their finished products that competed in the festival for top honors. Lindsay was there for free alcohol, to score drugs from Hollywood hanger-ons and to get her face in the paper.

France is a beautiful place that most people want to visit and soak up the ambiance and lovely vistas. But if you have serious probation issues lingering that can snatch your freedom, you take care of your obligations first. You once again proved why people should not hire you.

Yesterday, CNN confirmed the Judiciary Report's previous statements that Lohan went to Cannes to party. CNN reported yesterday, Lohan was seen partying in Cannes, wearing thigh high stockings.
