Have A Happy And Prosperous New Year Pursuing Your Dreams

A lot of people are saying "New Year, New Me!" and some are being criticized for it on social networking. However, don't let anyone tell you things can't change for you in the New Year. There are many examples of people who saw things turnaround for them this year. I made great strides this year and I know others who have as well.

The key is to have faith that good things will happen and fight for them to happen. You can't give up on yourself or your life. So many great achievers such as German physicist Albert Einstein, American inventor Thomas Edison, African American inventors George Washington Carver, Otis Boykin, Lewis Latimer and Garrett Morgan, experienced failure, but kept going until they reached success.

 In the tech industry, Steve Jobs and Bill Gates suffered many setbacks before their companies were successful. Therefore, pursue your dreams and never give up on them or yourself. Have a happy and prosperous new year. 

Look Away Rihanna As Chris Brown Tongue Wrestles Karrueche Tran On New Years

Some people rang in the New Year watching the ball drop on TV. Model and aspiring fashion designer Karrueche Tran rang in the New Year watching Chris Brown's tongue drop. Tran visited Brown in rehab and based on a photo they released to social networking, he was happy to see her.

 

When Tran posted a photo hugging Brown at Christmas, Rihanna posted this picture looking devastated. Safe to say she won't be happy with Tran and Brown's New Years photo either. Happy New Year, Rihanna (LOL).

The couple posted a photo on Instagram wishing everyone a Happy New Year, but it's safe to say you two unintentionally ruined Rihanna's with that photo. Look for a reprisal from Rihanna and her main man Melissa Forde and or her hexagon head cousin LeLe (hey, her cousin insulted Tran's head implying it's alien-like).

 Rihanna's forehead fivehead (left) and Chris Brown's foot (right). You're in Africa, not Antarctica, Chris, why do you have your socks on in bed. Do your dry, dusty, crusty feet need lotion. Tell forehead to go get you some lotion. For the record, there's nothing wrong with wearing socks in bed, but since it's those two, of course I'm going to say something. Furthermore, if they were fornicating, why are they fully clothed (Instagram fail). Still, please keep your clothes on.

 I spent New Years in bed by myself sleeping like it was going out of style, after doing too much computer and paper work and deciding to forgo a party my family went to, where coincidentally a fight nearly broke out, due to a married man trying to dance with a family friend, necessitating my cousins to play referee when his ticked off wife flipped out (sorry, I'm not getting my butt kicked for anybody and knowing how those things go, they always blame the cute innocent one LOL).

However, Chris Brown and Rihanna, spent New Years in bed doing other things and since they can't do anything without posting it online, uploaded a photo of it to Instagram. Rihanna relishes doing anything that will get under the skin of her rival, Brown's other girlfriend, Karrueche Tran.

Promiscuous Rihanna, who finally gave married Jay-Z's penis a break, attached a message to the photo to spit in Tran's face, as it stated, "Good morning! Still haven't slept lol #hello2013." Not a good idea provoking Tran, as she will one up her when Brown inevitably returns to her when Rihanna is away.

How To Productively Go About Your New Years Resolutions

With the beginning of each New Year, many people set about making New Years resolutions that are often broken. There's nothing wrong with aiming high, but setting proper goals and hitting the mark would be more beneficial. Areas of your life that need improvement should be targeted with the goal of gaining improvement of any kind. Celebrate each milestone you achieve and pace yourself in increasing your goals.

At the end of the day, if you do not achieve some or all of your goals, the important thing is you tried. Live your life as best you can in a way that you can be proud. If you have made mistakes in the past, let them go and move on, striving for a promising future, no matter your age. Happy New Year and God bless you.
