Kanye West Is Running For President But There's Just One Problem

In news that should disturb everyone in the free world, rapper Kanye West has announced he is running for president in 2020. No, not president of hip hop. President of the United States of America. There's just one problem, Kanye is mentally ill. His interviews reveal the fact Kanye West is struggling with bipolar disorder, accompanied by touches of schizophrenia. Kanye is very immature and prone to strange outbursts. He would be disruptive in politics.

Another problem - Kanye is married to porn star, er, I mean reality star, Kim Kardashian. In short, the First Lady of the United States can't be a ho (*looks at Kim Kardashian* yea I said it). When was the last time you saw Nancy Reagan on camera getting her back blown out. When was the last time you saw Michelle Obama in a music video crawling on the ground with her butt in the air, like Kardashian did in recent times.

While we are on the subject of candidacies, the best choice for President of the United States in the 2016 election is Dr. Ben Carson. He is a brilliant neurosurgeon, who invented surgical techniques in the area of neuroscience.  One doesn't get any smarter than that. He knows the value of hard work. He also knows the value of a dollar, having legitimately worked his way to the very top of his field.

In today's pop culture world, too many people don't know the value of hard work or a dollar, having used questionable shortcuts to achieve fame and fortune. It sets a terrible example for the next generation and damages children's intelligence levels. Kids need greater things to aspire to in life. They need to know and understand the only way you truly make it in life is through work hard, doing things the honest way and being a decent human being.

This week the White House held a state dinner for French president Francios Hollande, the head of state who is in the middle of a sexual affair scandal in his native France (coincidentally, Obama has been hit with rumors of an affair with singer Beyonce that seems well-timed to promote someone’s currently declining CD - but more on that later).

Mrs. Obama wore a $12,000 Carolina Herrera gown for the event, but critics balked at the price tag, deeming it inappropriate. However, dresses are usually loaned or given to high profile figures. The story is reminiscent of the 1980s when former first lady Nancy Reagan was heavily criticized for wearing many expensive dresses, while her husband, former president, Ronald Regan was in office.

First Lady Michelle Obama is being criticized in the mainstream press for the expensive clothes she has been wearing on vacation. It is estimated the dress she is wearing in the photo posted above retails for $2,000. This coupled with the First Family's expensive vacation to Hawaii, costing taxpayers $4,000,000, plus additional costs for Mrs. Obama leaving days early, is not going over well in the press.

Former First Lady Nancy Reagan used to be criticized for wearing expensive designer gowns, but Mrs. Obama has surpassed her spending, much like Mr. Obama has spent more money in office than any other president in U.S. history. The virtues of cost cutting, thrift and leading by example are lost on the First Couple, which is a shame, as the nation is in the midst of a financial crisis that is worsening.

Americans are still angry with U.S. First Lady, Michelle Obama, over a lavish trip she took to Spain's Costa Del Sol, which cost the nation's taxpayers a million dollars, for her 60 strong entourage. She returned home to scathing press articles and angry blog comments, denouncing the price tag of the expensive vacation.

Racist radio talk show host, Rush Limbaugh, who flies everywhere by private jet, inappropriately stated she is only able to do such things, due to white guilt from slavery. He really is out of line and completely wrong, as this is not a color thing, but an expenditure issue. Furthermore, Mrs. Obama was a six-figure earning attorney, before moving to the White House with the President, who is also a lawyer. They weren't on welfare, Mr. Limbaugh.

Mrs. Obama is not the first, First Lady to overspend, as Nancy Reagan also incurred public criticism for constantly purchasing expensive designer dresses.

However, this is not the extremely wealthy America of the 1980s. This is debt ridden America of 2010, with a $13 trillion deficit. Therefore, such an expenditure hit home this time, as America is facing the worst financial crisis in the nation's history, brought on by former President, George W. Bush and his corporate cronies.

The Judiciary Report has been stating for months the Obamas need to knock it off with the vacations, as it does not look good at this time. Mrs. Obama's trip was ill-conceived, ill-advised and ill-timed (nothing against Spain, as it is a lovely country).

The fact still remains, the Obamas need to refrain from such spending and keep in mind, the sensitive financial climate in the nation, which is upsetting many Americans, who rightfully view this crisis as something not of their own making. Once again, Bush is to blame. However, Obama's spending is making it worse. This is not a time for vacations, but hard work and thrift.

Side Bar: Maybe someone needs to install a moderately priced spa in the White House to help them de-stress. It would save the taxpayers a lot of money in vacation time.
