Madonna "Material Girls" Lawsuit Has Discrepancies

Taylor Momsen, pictured above, is fronting a rip off fashionline by Madonna and her 12-year-old daughter, Lourdes Leon, named "Material Girls" after the 1980s song of the same name she performed. Madonna and Leon claim the clothes are trendy originals they created, inspired by the pop singer's fashions in the 1980s.

However, as you can see from the photo above, the ugly clothes do not look like they come from the 1980s, neither are they similar to anything Madonna wore back then. Furthermore, how can the clothes be described as "trendy" and from the "1980s" as well. That's a massive contradiction. Madonna and co. need to look up the definition of the word "trendy." Trendy does not = retro.

As mentioned on the site previously, Madonna has been sued by a clothing company, using the name "Material Girls" for their clothing line. First, the lawsuit press releases stated, the case against Madonna and her daughter, is for trademark infringement. Now the Plaintiffs are stating, the clothes are similar to their line as well. However, there are major discrepancies in both the Plaintiff and Defendant's stories.

The Plaintiff's contend they have been making clothes under the "Material Girls" trademark since 1997, which Madonna has now ripped off. However, how can the clothes be similar over 13-years later, when most of the items shown in the line do not look like 1980s or 1990s fashions.

Clothing styles change so often. Both Madonna and the Plaintiffs are claiming they designed a trendy line, yet there is no way clothes from the 1980s or 1990s can be classified as trendy in 2010. In 1997, people were wearing sagging, hip hop " gangsta" clothes and frumpy rocker " grunge" clothes. People are not wearing that look now in 2010. Translation, both the Plaintiffs and the Defendants need to get their stories straight.

Prior to their lawsuit against Madonna, who has a long legacy of stealing, I contended online she had once again ripped off items from my Copyrighted Catalog, bastardizing a fashionable, tasteful mother/daughter fashionline I copyrighted, inspired by my mother, who made clothes 30-years ago and my idea of modern fashion.

I have been designing and copyrighting several modern fashion lines for the past several years, with classic pieces, older pieces I had ideas for from 1998 and modern, cutting edge items I design each year and include in newer Library of Congress registrations. It creates a date of authenticity in the event some losers steal it.

The trademark infringement in the aforementioned Material Girls v. Material Girls case is clear cut. If the psychotic biddy Madonna didn't own the copyright to the song "Material Girl" at the time in question, she has no legal standing to pursue the lecherous 1997 registration thereof, at this juncture.

I wouldn't be surprised if Madonna was in on said lawsuit and did it for publicity and corrupt motive. She is addicted to publicity...and Botox. This is after all the woman that lied to the public that she had not adopted a child, spinning the publicity for all she could get out of it. Then, days later, she admitted she had indeed adopted a child, gaining the second round of desired publicity.

Madonna Sued Over 'Material Girl' Clothing Line; Read The Lawsuit

Aug 20, 2010 @ 06:28AM - Superstar Madonna has been slapped with a lawsuit over the junior clothing line that she designed with her daughter Lourdes Leon, RadarOnline.com has learned. Clothing company LA Triumph is disputing the star's rights to use ‘Material Girl’ for her trendy new range.

LA Triumph filed the lawsuit at California Central District Court on Thursday, claiming that it had been manufacturing clothes under their Material Girl brand since 1997.

A statement from their attorney read: "Our client and its predecessor have been continually selling similar clothes in similar retail outlets at similar price points under their Material Girl brand since at least 1997, and Madonna and her newfound company do not have the right to trade in the same space under this brand."...

When the 80’s inspired clothing collection was launched at Macy’s recently, fans dressed in Madonna-inspired duds, nibbled on cupcakes and danced to the iconic pop star’s greatest hits.

Madonna Sued For Trademark Infringement On Fashion Line

As mentioned previously on the site, Madonna stole a preexisting copyrighted fashionline I registered in 2008, raised the hemlines, tightened the clothes and added bizarre slashes to the items, then slapped the name "Material Girls" on it, after the corny song she performed in the 1980s. By the way, the song "Material Girls" was stolen from the preexisting tune "Diamonds Are A Girls Best Friend" performed by Marilyn Monroe.

Today, it was made public, a fashionline in operation since 1997, has sued Madonna for trademark infringement, alleging she stole the name (not clothes) of their fashionline "Material Girls." Trademark infringement is a crime.

If madwoman Madonna does not own the copyright to the tired song, "Material Girls" there is not much she can do about the trademark lawsuit. Furthermore, why she thinks kids today want to wear tarty clothes with the name of her tacky song from the 1980's is anyone's guess. It's hardly cool.

It is clear crazy Madonna embarked on her usual stealing spree, when putting together this now distasteful and ugly clothing line kids simply do not wish to wear. She has no class, taste or integrity, so this was bound to happen. Look for inflated sales figures to be released from Madonna, on the disastrous fashionline, much like she's done with her record sales.

Madonna Accused of 'Material Girl' Theft

L.A. Triumph, Inc. claims in a new lawsuit it's been marketing "Material Girl" clothing since 1997, selling millions of bucks worth of threads under its trademark.

According to the documents, obtained by TMZ, Madonna, aka Madonna Louise Veronica Ciccone, has jacked the name "Material Girl" for her junior clothing line Material Girl Brand -- which launched this year.

L.A. Triumph wants a declaration from a federal judge that Madonna's use of "Material Girl" creates "deception" in the marketplace.

In addition to the declaration, L.A. Triumph wants the judge to order Madonna and her company to turn over all of the profits they've made from their clothing line.

Madonna Accused Of Sexualizing Kids

Vile pop star Madonna, is being slammed in the press for sexualizing kids via her stolen fashion line "Material Girls." Madonna pilfered a wholesome, preexisting, copyrighted 2008 fashion line, raised the hemlines, tightened the tops and trousers and added slashes and tears in the clothes, she is marketing to teens, in what can only be described as severe mental illness and utter under achievement.

Madonna has never done anything original, decent or altruistic in her life, being a self-centered, depraved degenerate, so why anyone would expect anything good from her is a mystery. She is set in her evil ways and will do anything for money, even if it means corrupting your kids.

People need to boycott the "Material Girls" fashion line, for theft and attempting to dress people's impressionable kids like prostitutes on the stroll. Madonna's actions have hints of pedophilia.

In light of the fact a lawsuit has been filed via the Aisha v. FBI case, against the Federal Bureau of Investigation, for severe criminal negligence, corruption and racial discrimination, in allowing thieving pop star Madonna, to engage in civil rights violations and criminal copyright infringement, one would think she would desist with the misconduct, so as to not make things look any worse on the law enforcement agency.

She has taken it as a greenlight to engage in whatever misconduct she feels like, not taking into account, she is disgracing the Federal Bureau of Investigation and its parent agency, the Department of Justice, all over the world, to millions of people, in every nation that reads this website and its accompanying blogs and RSS feeds (according to site stats).

This site has called for boycotts of Madonna's infringements and it has single-handedly killed her career. However, it is deserved, as she engages her Kabbalah cult, to stalk, harass and terrorize me in Miami, in public in the presence od family and friends (there is photo evidence of this) and continues to commission a hacker to break into my computer, from a company called Digilink, that is the web host for her official website Madonna.com.

Just yesterday, I was harassed in public again by a Kabbalah member she sent to stalk and harass me. This week, Madonna's hacker staged another hack, one that my mother witnessed, where said hacker criminally commandeered control of the laptop I was using and erratically made the cursor run up and down the page, in a deranged attempt to remove items and block an update I was doing for my blog.

My mother witnessed as my hands were two feet away from the laptop and Madonna's hacker illegally took control of the laptop's keypad and psychotically began moving the cursor all over the computer screen, looking for what he wanted to freeze and erase, in trying to shut down my blog update, which bore a blog tag about her Kabbalah cult and its destructive behavior.

Thieving Madonna persists in stealing to this day, revealing herself to be an untalented, unaccomplished degenerate that has stolen everything she has in life, which she shall lose, as you reap what you sow.

Accompanying, time stamped documents I authored reveal, my copyrighted fashionline was to be marketed to Macys, which is exactly where Madonna has criminally placed the stolen goods this month, in a very incriminating move.

Madonna is not a photographer and it is completely psychotic the levels she goes to in pretending to be things that she is not. What a fraud.

According to numerous articles, Madonna is claiming her daughter did most of the work for the copyright infringing "Material Girls" fashionline, which means she has made the 12-year-old an accessory to crime and a felon, in their theft of items that were already copyrighted by me 2-years ago.

What a horrific example to set for her child, unethically teaching her fraud, theft and racketeering is the way to get what you want in life. Stealing other people's property and accomplishments does not make you a success, but a fraud too unintelligent and untalented to think for one's self.

Madonna continues to be the music industry's Madoff, engaging in criminal theft of others' assets and financial fraud. Such crimes only serve to hurt the U.S. economy, as copyrights, trademarks and other assets, are devalued, with inferior, sub-standard products and services, undermining legitimate property and businesses, failing to bring in the kind of revenues the genuine items would in the marketplace.

This breeds lower revenues, greatly diminished tax income for the Treasury and unemployment, via damaging legitimate businesses that are defrauded. It is a vicious pattern repeating itself in Corporate America and is fueling the the unyielding financial crisis.
