Authorities Officially Recommended Caitlyn Jenner (Bruce Jenner) Face Manslaughter Charges For Vehicular Homicide But Gay Executives In Hollywood Are Pressuring The District Attorney Not To File An Indictment

The sheriff's office in Los Angeles has officially recommend in a 161 page report that transgender reality star Caitlyn Jenner (Bruce Jenner) be charged with manslaughter, in the vehicular homicide of elderly widow, Kim Howe. Jenner slammed into Howe on Malibu's Pacific Coast Highway in a February 2015 road accident that created a pile up of vehicles. Howe's heirs have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against 65-year-old Jenner, as he caused her death (albeit, unintentionally).

Police determined that despite the fact Jenner was driving within the speed limit, he was driving too fast for road conditions and maneuvering his vehicle in an unsafe manner. Since becoming a transgender woman, Jenner has been a pile of nerves, jittery, distracted and crying all the time, as seen on his failed reality show "I Am Cait" which has plummeted in the ratings. Despite the fact police are recommending charges against Jenner, it is up to the district attorney's office to make the final decision and they are being pressured by gay executives in Hollywood not to file an indictment.

21-year-old student, Amira Kodcia Ayeb, has pled not guilty to stalking and breaking into the home of R&B singer, Chris Brown. Ayeb broke into Brown's Agora Hills mansion in Encino, while he was away in Las Vegas, Nevada celebrating his birthday, after attending the May 2, 2015 Mayweather v. Pacquiao fight.

Chris Brown recently posted this photo of himself sitting on his staircase. A stalker, Ayeb, broke into his home and sat on the stairs as well.

Brown posted two $10,000 tickets to the Mayweather v. Pacquiao boxing match on social networking site Instagram, which made Ayeb aware he would not be at home. Ayeb broke into the property on the night of the fight and was not discovered until four days later when Brown returned home after his birthday.

KTLA news channel in Los Angeles is reporting Ayeb has been charged with felony first degree residential burglary, stalking and vandalism. Oddly enough, she pled not guilty, when Brown came home and found her naked in his bed. She should plead insanity, as her conduct is insane.

Ayeb hopped the gate, removed the hinges from Brown's door, entered the mansion, spray painted "I love you" and "Mrs. Brown" on walls and kitchen countertops, made several meals, defaced two of his cars by spraypainting her name on them, threw out his 10-month-old daughter's clothes, placed voodoo items around the baby's crib and tossed out items belonging to his dogs.

What is most alarming is Ayeb's actions regarding Brown's baby daughter and dogs. Anyone should be able to deduce a person has affection for their child and pet. Ayeb has exhibited open resentment, jealously and hostility for those closest to Brown - his family and pets. That's a bad sign. That's a severely mentally ill stalker capable of violence.

Ayeb actions reveal she feels jealous and threatened by anyone Brown shows affection, as she is insanely harboring delusions that she is his wife, when they are not married. This is not a fan joking they want to be Mrs. Brown and humorously using his last name as a moniker online. Ayeb actually thinks she is married to Brown. Ayeb has a YouTube channel where she posted "My name is Amira Kodcia Ayeb Brown, I am from Tunisia and I live in Los Angeles California I am in Malibu searching for my home." Ayeb was searching for Brown's home, but as she insanely thinks she is married to Brown, she likely sees her actions as entering their home, not trespassing and burglarizing his home.

Alleged Chris Brown Stalker, 21, Pleads Not Guilty in Break-in at Singer’s Agoura Hills Home

May 8, 2015 - A 21-year-old woman who allegedly broke into singer Chris Brown’s home in Agoura Hills and vandalized the property entered a not guilty plea in court Friday. Amira Kodcia Ayeb was arraigned in Van Nuys Superior Court on one felony count each of first-degree residential burglary, stalking and vandalism. She was charged Friday, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

Ayeb was arrested Wednesday evening after Brown returned to his home in the 29000 block of Mulholland Highway and found the unknown woman inside. “I love my fans but this is some on some real real crazy s—!” Brown wrote. “I pray she will get help.” The post has since been deleted. The woman had written “I love you” on the home’s walls, had painted her name on his cars, and thrown his daughter’s clothing and his dog’s stuff outside the home, Brown wrote.

Ayeb allegedly broke into the home May 2, four days before she was taken into custody, the DA’s office stated in a news release. On the day she allegedly broke into the home, a YouTube channel under Ayeb’s name included a post that stated in part, “My name is Amira Kodcia Ayeb Brown, I am from Tunisia and I live in Los Angeles California I am in Malibu searching for my home.”

"Keeping Up With The Kardashians" reality star Bruce Jenner is being blamed for a crash in Malibu, California that left a woman dead. Jenner's car rearended the woman, sending her vehicle into a Humvee, leaving her dead. Jenner initially blamed the four car pile up on paparzi, stating they were following him, causing the accident.

Chris Brown sold his million dollar mansion in the star studded Hollywood Hills weeks after on and off again girlfriend, Rihanna, moved into his neighborhood, seeking to be closer to him. Brown began renting a mansion in Agoura, California, near the Agoura Hills in scenic Malibu. The views in Malibu are very serene and tranquil. Weeks after Brown's arrival in Agoura, his new neighbor has made a death threat against him. Brown's new neighbor stated if he steps onto his property he is going to shoot him dead. Tough neighborhood! You sure you didn't move to Compton (LOL).

His neighbor's words were very unwise. He has shown a predisposition to hate and in the event something does happen it will be labeled as intent and used against you in court. Let Brown be. He didn't move to Agoura for trouble. He is trying to get away from it.

Reports coming out of London indicate, rapper Drake is tired of girlfriend, singer Rihanna, contacting her ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown, who is currently in jail on a probation violation charge, stemming from their 2009 domestic violence dispute. Rihanna has been following Drake all over Britain and Europe on his tour. Rihanna has been sticking to Drake like glue, trying to keep groupies and gold diggers at bay (not to mention other famous women who want to date him). However, two days ago they were seen partying apart, when they had been going to clubs together.

Rihanna has been looking very upset since Brown was arrested at a Malibu rehab facility this month. It was stated online that she flew to Los Angeles trying to see him. Then she rejoined Drake in Britain on his tour. Though, Rihanna has repeatedly referred to Chris Brown as the love of her life, until she lets him go, none of her relationships will work. Though, he is not admitting it, Rihanna is the love of Chris Brown’s life as well.

However, he moved on from her with model Karrueche Tran, upset over the direction his relationship with Rihanna sent his life and career. He'd found happiness with Tran, but they've been having problems this year. Rihanna, who is using Drake to make Brown jealous, needs to be honest with him and not put that man through a nightmare, making him think she feels something she does not, love, in trying to get back at the love of her life. How does Drake or anyone else for that matter, deserve that. You’re not a teenager. You’re a grown woman. Stop playing games.

R&B singer Chris Brown has been placed in solitary confinement for a one month stint in prison, which could be extended if new charges are added to his probation violation case, stemming from the Rihanna domestic violence case. Rihanna is Brown’s on and off again girlfriend, who is still very much in love with him.

Brown is segregated from other inmates due to his high profile status, but he is also in solitary confinement 23-hours per day, which is considered mentally draining and difficult. Brown, who is suffering from mental illness, will go stir crazy, especially if he isn’t given the correct levels of medication to treat his Bipolar Disorder and Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome.

Brown’s mother, Joyce Hawkins, was seen crying in court as Judge James Brandlin remanded her son into custody, after he was kicked out of the second rehab facility this year. Some are stating the Malibu rehab facility acted with a double standard. Actress Lindsay Lohan hopped the fence of a rehab treatment center in Malibu, went to a local bar and got drunk and high, then refused to take the drug test. She even assaulted a female rehab worker and didn’t spend a day in jail over it. 

Refusing to take a drug test in rehab is risky and grounds for expulsion. Rules must be followed closely. This is the best way to successfully complete rehab. However, it became clear the rehab facility was exasperated with Brown and wanted him out, citing three in-house rule violations. The facility blamed Brown’s refusal to take the drug test, touching a staffer’s elbow when he was ordered to stay 2-feet away from all female staff in the facility and the singer stating, “I am good at using guns and knives” as grounds for his expulsion from the facility and subsequent arrest.

Brown’s pending assault case in Washington, D.C., where he was stalked, photobombed and harassed by a man named Parker Adams, leading to his bodyguard punching the local for trespassing on the singer’s tour bus, could result in a probation violation that sends the star to jail for up to 4-years. Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, uncovered the fact a police report was changed to state Brown hit Adams. However, a Secret Service agent, who witnessed Parker’s statements to police, revealed Adams did not tell police that Brown was the one who hit him. 

Brown’s attorney may choose to settle the case, in a bid to keep him from spending 4-years in jail. Recently, rapper Kanye West settled a case where he hit a man for telling his Armenian fiancé, Kim Kardashian that she is a “ni**er lover.” That was hate speech. West should have played it smart, called the police and had the man arrested for harassment and hate speech, then sued him. Instead West hit him, then reportedly had to issue a six figure settlement to stay out of jail.

Chris Brown Ordered To Spend One Month In Jail Until Trial For Probation Violation (Video)

Update 3-19-14: this article was hacked yesterday by Madonna's Kabbalah Center, over blaming them for Chris Brown's mental deterioration. A Kabbalah Center hacker corrupted the html video code in this article, which I obtained from the TMZ website, owned by Warner Bros, a company Madonna has been working for in different ways for 30-years. Chris Brown has been remanded into custody for the next month on a probation violation, after being ejected from a Malibu rehab facility and arrested this past Friday. After a weekend in jail, Brown made an appearance in court wearing prison clothes, rather than his regular suits. The singer looked weary and troubled, as he sat and listened to the judge read off rehab offenses he is accused of committing. 

The Judiciary Report was the first to state Brown likes someone in rehab, but was informed "nothing happened" (at the time). However, days later the website TMZ stated the same, but added it was an “inappropriate relationship.” Nonetheless that's not why Brown was kicked out of rehab.

This past Saturday, March 16, 2014, the Judiciary Report was the first to publicly state, "There was also a problem with Chris Brown and a counselor in rehab." Days later during the hearing yesterday, it was stated Brown said to a counselor during a group session “I am good at using guns and knives” which was interpreted as a threat and violation of rehab rules. Brown scared the counselor with his statement.

Brown also stands accused of violating a rule imposed just for him, due to the Rihanna domestic violence case, requiring he stay two feet away from all female staff at the rehab center. He is said to have violated the rule by touching hands and an elbow of a female staffer at the facility. Another violation occurred when Brown refused to submit to a drug test, after leaving the facility for the day. However, he did submit to the drug test later in the day and it was negative. 

Rehab is better than jail. It provides nicer surroundings and a greater level of personalized medical treatment for those suffering from substance abuse and mental illness. Brown must follow the rules, as to do otherwise will place him in undesirable and difficult circumstances, incarcerated behind bars. Brown needs to choose the easier option, rehab, if the opportunity presents itself again, as jail is tough.

Brown was exposed to mental illness via Madonna's Kabbalah Center, which on and off again girlfriend Rihanna had encouraged him to join, as she is a member. However, all they did was expose him and others to sick teachings, rendering members bipolar and schizophrenic. Brown needs to be properly medicated and carefully observed, to prevent self-harm from occurring. He is going to have to legally fight for his freedom, sobriety and mental recovery.

Chris Brown Jailed for a Month He Can't Stay Out of Trouble

3/17/2014 2:47 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF Chris Brown will stay in jail until April 23 ... he was SHUT DOWN in court Monday afternoon in his bid to win release. Chris was arrested after getting booted from rehab Friday. The judge had ordered him to stay in rehab while he decided whether Brown violated his probation in the Rihanna case. The judge had Chris arrested almost immediately after the rehab facility kicked him out. 

The judge said Chris had an "inability to stay out of trouble." Hizzoner was especially concerned at a statement Chris made at the rehab joint, "I am good at using guns and knives." So Chris will sit in jail until April 23. The judge wants Chris in the slammer until a D.C. jury decides if Chris committed criminal assault in an unrelated case. That trial is set for April 17 and should only last a few days. It's unclear if the judge will let Chris back to attend the trial. 

The L.A. judge will hold a probation violation hearing on April 23, and if Chris is convicted in D.C. he's in big trouble. Worst case scenario ... he could be sentenced to 4 years in prison for violating probation in the Rihanna case. One of the conditions -- obey all laws. TMZ broke the story, Chris was booted from rehab Friday for violating three internal rules at the facility -- most significantly ... violating a rule specifically for Chris -- stay at least 2 feet away from every woman in the facility. He was seen touching a woman's elbow and hands. 

He also violated the rule requiring him to submit to a random drug test. He belatedly had a change of heart and came up clean, but the initial refusal was a violation. And Chris talked smack about rehab during a group therapy session. Chris was arrested immediately after he got kicked out ... staying in rehab was a requirement of the judge pending his trial in D.C. next month for assault.

Chris Brown You Got Too Close to Our Women So We Booted You from Rehab

3/17/2014 - Chris Brown was thrown out of the Malibu rehab facility Friday for violating 3 internal rules ... including a special rule imposed specifically on him -- STAY AT LEAST 2 FEET FROM THE WOMEN. Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the rehab facility imposed the 2-foot rule because of the Rihanna case -- specifically, that he beat her. The people who run the facility imposed the highly unusual rule, and we're told Chris violated it by touching elbows and hands with a woman. 

As for the 2 other violations, we're told Chris left the facility last week on an authorized outing, but when he returned he was told to submit to a random drug test and he refused. Our sources say he later took the test and the results were negative, but the initial refusal was a violation of rules. And the third violation ... the facility claims Chris made a mockery of rehab during a group session with some harsh comments. Our sources say Chris was also in some sort of sexual encounter with a woman at the facility at the beginning of the month, but for some reason that is not part of the basis for booting him. 

TMZ broke the story ... Chris was arrested Friday because he violated the order of the judge in the Rihanna case ... the judge required him to stay in rehab for anger management until mid-April, when his Washington D.C. assault case ran its course. He's currently being held in jail without bail. His lawyer, Mark Geragos, will appear in court Monday with Brown in an attempt to get him freed. We're guessing Geragos will ask for house arrest until the D.C. trial.

Chris Brown Arrested In Rehab On Probation Violation

Yesterday, singer Chris Brown was arrested in rehab on a probation violation that has not been disclosed to the public. Brown’s lawyer will make an appearance in court next week in an attempt to have the singer released from jail. This marks the second time Brown was ejected from the rehab facility. The first time was due to throwing a rock through his mother’s car window during a visit. 

In 2009, Brown was sentenced to 5-years probation over a domestic violence incident regarding on and off again girlfriend Rihanna. Brown’s probation was scheduled to conclude at the end of this year. Brown voluntarily entered rehab last year, just as the Judiciary Report stated several months prior was the best course of action regarding his situation. In doing so he was able to receive treatment for various issues. Brown successfully completed 95-days in rehab, but was very upset and dispirited when the judge ordered him to undergo an additional 60-days.

Brown felt like it was the community service fiasco all over again, where he had been ordered to complete a designated amount of hours, only to have it invalidated when the prosecutor’s office alleged he was given special treatment and did not actually perform the stipulated hours. Brown had to start all over again, undertaking 250 additional community service hours.

To make matters worse, Rihanna has been rubbing his face in her rekindled relationship with rapper Drake, engaging in high profile PDAs, when she usually keeps her relations with Brown’s rival and one time arch enemy, behind closed doors.

It became tit for tat. Brown’s girlfriend visited him in rehab for Thanksgiving bringing the singer home cooked food for the holiday. Tran posted a photo of it on Instagram. This prompted Rihanna to rush to the rehab facility trying to one up Tran, in an incident that caused a stir. To be fair, Tran as his girlfriend, was right to visit him for the holidays while he was in rehab. Rihanna was being irrational to think otherwise. In retaliation for the visit and photo, Rihanna had Tran banned from a New York night club days before Christmas. 

Tran also visited Brown on New Years in rehab and posted a raunchy photo of her French kissing Brown. That photo ticked Rihanna off. Then Tran started helping Brown search for a new house, after putting two properties he owns in Los Angeles on the market. She also announced she wants to have babies in the near future. This prompted Rihanna to start going after Drake again and publicly so. Then she began openly seeing him, trying to make Brown jealous and derail Tran’s plans for marriage and a family with Chris, the love of Rihanna’s life. Rihanna laid it on thick, engaging in PDAs with Drake that got back to Brown, who still has feelings for her.

There were reports of Rihanna and Drake kissing, staying in the same hotel and even going into a public bathroom for what most assumed was sex. There are only two reasons a famous man and woman go into the same bathroom together - sex or drugs or both. However, what was the biggest slap in the face was online claims Drake had proposed to Rihanna. All of this tit for tat retaliation upset Brown, who was at his lowest ebb in rehab. The next announcement that was made is that of his arrest, after being booted from the rehab facility yesterday.

Brown has a pending case in Washington, D.C. regarding an incident where he was followed from a night club and harassed by local man, who attempted to board the singer’s tour bus without permission. He was subsequently rebuffed by Brown’s bodyguard, Chris Hollosy. A Secret Service agent heard the man state to police Brown did not hit him. However, the police report was changed to state Brown punched him in the face and broke his nose. Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos made the discovery.

I was the first to report that Brown likes someone at the rehab facility he attended in Malibu, where he was arrested yesterday. I stated this on Twitter. I was initially informed “nothing happened” between Brown and the woman, which I posted on Twitter as well. Four days later, TMZ confirmed my story, but they are stating it was an “inappropriate relationship.” Brown and his girlfriend Karrueche Tran, have been having relationship difficulties during his four month stay in rehab. It’s tough on couples being apart that long. 

Brown was so close to completing rehab, but now he sits in a Los Angeles jail and is hurting. Jail is a tough experience. His problems are compounded by the fact the Washington, D.C. case could come into play, adding additional probation and jail time. Los Angeles jail time differs from the rest of the nation, due to overcrowding, but Washington is another story.

3/14/2014 2:29 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF  - Chris Brown is on his way to jail right now, because he violated a judge's order by getting booted from the rehab facility where he's been living for nearly 4 months ... TMZ has learned. The judge in the Rihanna beating case ordered Chris to live in the Malibu rehab facility for 90 days to get anger management therapy, and he completed the stint earlier this month. BUT ... at the last court hearing, the judge modified things and ordered Chris to stay in the facility while the Washington D.C. assault case ran its course. 

The deal was this ... if Chris left rehab, he would go directly to jail. Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Brown was thrown out of the rehab facility this morning, for violating "internal rules." We do not know precisely what Chris did, but we're told it did not involve violence or drugs. Sources tell TMZ ... Chris was caught having "an inappropriate relationship" with a female worker at the beginning of the month, but that is NOT why he was thrown out today. 

As you recall, Chris was previously thrown out of a different facility for throwing a rock at his mom's car window. Chris was picked up by L.A. County Sheriff's deputies this afternoon and is now in jail ...being held with no bail.

Girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, is helping him look for a new place. They are said to be eyeing Malibu, a popular retreat for celebrities.

The model has supported him throughout his legal troubles that all stem from the Rihanna domestic violence case in 2009, regarding his one time girlfriend, who is still hoping for a reunion. Brown is seeking to turn over a new leaf, with a new property in the Los Angeles area, with the intent of continuing his singing and acting career.

R&B singer Chris Brown has placed his 4-story Hollywood Hills home on the market. Brown's had difficulties with the local council, regarding graffiti of monster faces he spray painted on his property wall, deemed scary by some of his neighbors, who complained to the city. Brown removed the graffiti shortly after, rather than face accruing fines and possible legal action.

Brown's latest legal troubles landed him in rehab, after he was targeted by Isaac Adams Parker in Washington, who followed and began harassing the singer outside his tour bus. Brown's bodyguard is said to have punched Parker, resulting in a police complaint being filed and the subsequent arrests of the singer and his minder.

Brown spent two weeks in a rehab facility in Malibu with reports stating he is looking at homes for sale in the area. I went to Malibu several years ago and the homes out there are very nice, with tranquil, calming views of the ocean. One year prior to Brown listing his Hollywood Hills home for sale, he put his West Hollywood penthouse condo on the market as well.

Brown's on-and-off again girlfriend Rihanna, who is still in love with him, also placed her home on the market. She purchased the property at the suggestion of rapper and mentor Jay-Z, buying it from one of his associates. Turns out the new house was poorly constructed, has a leaking roof and is full of mold. Rihanna recently bought another property in Los Angeles and tried to get Chris Brown to move in with her, but he refused.

Now that Brown is on the move, will Rihanna, who is already complaining about her new property in Los Angeles, having moved out, move close to the new property Brown selects. Rihanna is still hoping for a reunion with Brown, whom she dubbed the love of her life. However, he's moved on with model Karrueche Tran, who's stated regarding Brown, she's not going anywhere.

R&B singer Chris Brown has left rehab after spending 16-days in a Malibu facility. Initially, it was reported Brown would be in rehab for up to 3-months, but he checked out sooner than many anticipated to do community service and work on and promote products he is releasing, such as his forthcoming CD and a backpack line. It was a risk leaving rehab so soon, even though Brown will continue on an outpatient basis.

The first picture of Brown released post-rehab revealed a sad looking, somewhat gaunt man. To be frank, Brown looks very crestfallen. Certainly the thought of jail must be on his mind, as he has an open assault case in Washington, DC in addition to being on probation in a 2009 case regarding on-and-off girlfriend Rihanna.

In what should come as no surprise to the public, reality television couple, Kris Jenner and Bruce Jenner, have split up and are currently living apart. Kris Jenner remains in their marital home, a mansion in Calabasas, California, with their two daughters Kylie and Kendall. Bruce Jenner has moved into a Malibu home with his two sons from a previous marriage.

The faltering reality show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" showed such bickering between the Jenners that most are not shocked at the split. Most of the onscreen contention came from Kris Jenner, engaging in unwise conduct such as looking up ex-boyfriends she wanted to have sex with, wanting to drop her husband's name and change hers back to Kardashian, due to her daughter's new found fame from a Ray J sextape (Kim Kardashian).

Money making schemes in Hollywood that caused the family to become overexposed in PR circles and then with the public. The whole thing became way too commercialized. Then there was the disastrous $20,000,000 wedding Jenner orchestrated between her daughter, Kim Kardashian and NBA basketballer Kris Humphries. The marriage lasted 72-days and became a punch line plunging the family into unpopularity.

The producers of Lindsay Lohan's new low budget film "The Canyons" released a clip from the forthcoming turkey today and it stunk. A lingerie clad Lohan is pictured sneaking around a Malibu mansion bedroom in a film called the Canyons, based on the area in the Hollywood Hills. She is then physically attacked by her boyfriend, porn star, James Deen.

Lohan's 26-year-old face looks unattractive, weathered and worn out, from bad plastic surgery, retaining liquid from pharmaceutical drug abuse and the ingestion of copious amounts of narcotics and alcohol. Her acting was forced and slow, with her reaction time behind cue.

One look at the clip and it becomes even more obvious why the Sundance Film Festival shot it down, rejecting the low budget $250,000 film. Once again, had the writer and director followed the Judiciary Report's blanket warning about Lohan, they wouldn't be in the predicament they face today. Either way the movie is disgraceful. It is basically porn hiding behind an indie label. That is not an arthouse film and it marks Lohan's dubious entry into the world of pornography, a move bloggers stated for years was coming.

Hollywood reality star, Heidi Montag, has posted photos online of her plastic surgery scars. Montag famously underwent over a dozen cosmetic surgery procedures, to increase her chances of stardom in Hollywood, which ironically added a decade to her appearance.

Instead of tweaking, she went in for a complete overhaul, which does not suit her and everyone from her mother to audiences commented on it in a negative way. Her new look did not bring her more work, only a nightmare of bad publicity and aided in pushing her into bankruptcy.

Guns N' Roses frontman, Axl Rose, has sued legendary music manager, Irving Azoff, for exploitation and sabotage, regarding the failure of the aforementioned band's comeback record "Chinese Democracy." Sabotage is common in the music industry and very counter-productive on both ends.

Years of taking drugs and singing destructive songs such as "Sympathy For The Devil" has left the Guns N Roses frontman, Axl, a shell of his former self. So much so, the musician became a complete recluse in Malibu, California and began experimenting with unsound alternative religions and new age mysticism that did additional harm to an already damaged rock star.

In their hay day, Guns N' Roses were a big draw, due to songs such as "Welcome To The Jungle" "Sweet Child O' Mine" "Don't Cry" and "November Rain." Big hair and big guitar riffs launched them to stardom, but destroyed them personally in the process.

The 1980s were a time of excess and glamour and Guns N' Roses, like many other bands, indulged in the trappings of fame that were actually pitfalls. Rose found it increasingly difficult to work and withdrew. Along the way many tried to exploit the band financially, using many schemes and bad ideas to achieve said goal.

Bisexual rapper, Eve, of the U.S. state Pennsylvania, was mentioned today in a U.S. Senate hearing on money laundering, as it was discovered during the course of a three year federal probe that has just come to light, she washed money for her 38-year-old African boyfriend, Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue.

Nguema, allegedly laundered tens of millions of dollars stolen from the people of the nation his dad heads, Equatorial Guinea, in criminal acts that fund their lavish lifestyle. His dad is president Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo.

Any funds that move through the U.S. banking system, gained via criminal activity, whether it be physical violence or white collar crime, is illegal and a felony known as money laundering.

It was stated in Congress today, Eve and two Arizona lawyers, helped Nguema launder money via a shell company called "Sweet Pink." He spent $25,000,000 of his oil rich nation's funds to buy a mansion in Malibu. He also purchased a fleet of luxury cars, which include two Bentleys, a Range Rover, a Bugatti Veyron and a Maserati. Additional funds were used to establish a hip hop record label for Eve and others named TNO Entertainment. Her forthcoming album "Lip Lock" is scheduled to hit shelves shortly.

It is being said Eve has lived a life of luxury in America with the foreign head of state's son, even taking a $700,000 Christmas vacation on Paul Allen's yacht the two rented. When pressed for a response regarding these terrible claims, Eve's rep refused to answer.

This story is reminiscent of actress Lisa Raye and her husband, Michael Misick, who misappropriated $20,000,000 of government money from Turks and Caicos' coffers, taking the nation into financial ruin and receivership, whilst launching the island back decades into colonial status under Britain.

I find it hard to believe these women did not know the lavish lifestyles they were living, came at the price of struggling poor people of small nations. Nowhere in the world, with the exception of Saudi Arabia and a handful of other such nations, can those in office legally live in such luxury off government money. However, seeking money and numerous luxuries, they close their eyes to the blatant corruption staring them in the face. God punishes such misconduct, as it is done at the expense of the poor and infirmed.

Rapper EVE has been linked to a multi-million dollar money laundering investigation centred around her on/off boyfriend TEODORIN NGUEMA.

Nguema, the son of Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, the president of Equatorial Guinea, is under observation by authorities for a number of money transfers made between several U.S. bank accounts.

According to ABC News, Eve's name is mentioned in the massive U.S. Senate investigation, which has been under wraps for the past three years.

Nguema is alleged to have used lawyer friends, real estate agents and the rap star to set up shell companies in the States, through which he then wired cash to fund his lavish lifestyle, including the purchase of a mansion in Malibu, California...
