The Taliban Failed As 15-Year-Old Blogger They Shot In The Head Recovers

Malala Yousufzai this week

15-year-old Pakistani blogger, Malala Yousufzai, has made a remarkable recovery after being shot in the head and neck by the Taliban, for daring to state women should have the right to an education in her nation. Yousufzai was flown by helicopter to Birmingham, England, where she received excellent care and is now on the mend.

A photo was handed out to the press, revealing Malala reading from a book (see photo posted above). It's great to see she is alive and on the road to recovery. People should be free to peacefully express their thoughts as she did, without fear of retaliation and reprisals. Malala is being nominated for a Nobel Prize and the Judiciary Report is of the belief she deserves it. Here's hoping she will have a bright and safe future.

The terrorist group the Taliban indiscriminately opened fire on a school bus of teenagers, wounding three in Pakistan. Their target, outspoken 14-year-old female blogger, Malala Yousufzai. The young woman had written a blog critical of the Taliban, who deemed her worthy of death for having exercised her universal human right to have done so. The Judiciary Report supports Yousufzai's right to free speech and hopes she and her family will be granted political asylum to live elsewhere, where they can be free from reprisals for expressing their thoughts.
