Amir Khan: I'm Never Going To Fight Kell Brook

Amir Khan (left) and Kell Brook (right)

Amir Khan, fresh off his devastating defeat in the ring against fellow pugilist, Canelo Alvarez, has again decided to spurn the chance to fight fellow Briton, Kell Brook (Canelo Alvarez Wins Amir Khan Bout Via Knockout Now Faces Risky GGG Slugfest). There has been talk of this fight for years, with Brook offering many concessions to make it happen and a $5,000,000 purse thrown at Khan. Make no mistake, if it did happen, the fight would be a big draw in London, England.

However, each time negotiations start to get anywhere after Khan shows some interest, he does not commit to fighting Brook. Khan has laid out extraordinary terms guaranteed to scupper the fight (Amir Khan Lands Canelo Alvarez Fight After Asking For 80% Of The Purse To Take On Kell Brook Destroys The Deal).

Today, Khan sent the strongest signal yet, indicating he does not want to step in the ring with Brook by flat out saying he will never fight him. Khan stated in an interview, "Eddie Hearn (Brook's promoter) keeps saying Brook is a big draw, but he's not. I respect him, he's got a world title, but he's not a big name. He's gone down his route, I've gone down my route and I don't like him. I want to fight the biggest names, leave a great legacy and I've only got a few fights life. I was outboxing Canelo for six rounds, so I can go straight into another big fight. So I don't think the Kell Brook fight will happen."

The thing that concerns me is the type of fights Khan is taking. I stated in the months leading up to the fight that Khan was taking a massive risk fighting Canelo. That fight could have put him in the hospital or worse. The right hook Canelo leveled Khan with, sending him crumpling to the canvas, would have dropped most middleweight fighters, particularly a boxer who has experienced knock out problems in the past. The Brook fight is a good idea. However, if Khan doesn't want the fight, there is not much that can be done, unless it becomes a mandatory situation. Given Khan's recent losses, it is not likely at this time.

Khan cannot keep taking these dangerous fights or his health will go. Khan's fights need to be better matched for the sake of his health and career. Me personally, I'm not gonna challenge Laila Ali to a fight, but I would take a about against 4 foot tall Arianna Grande, cause I know I can win that without even trying. I'd jack up Arianna Grande, but Laila Ali, not so much (LOL I'm just kidding).

Amir Khan: Kell Brook fight will never happen, says Bolton fighter

Bolton's Khan and Sheffield's Brook have been circling each other for years and when the latter won a world title in 2014, a match-up seemed inevitable. However, despite not owning a world title himself since 2012 and losing for a fourth time on Saturday, Khan has always insisted Brook is not at his level. Instead, Khan, 29, is likely to take a rematch with American Danny Garcia, the WBC welterweight champion who knocked him out four years ago.

Despite being knocked out in brutal fashion by Avarez in Las Vegas, Khan gave a good enough account of himself to make a match against Brook compelling. But Brook, 30, will have to look elsewhere for his next payday, with a unification bout against WBO welterweight champion Jessie Vargas most likely. Brook tweeted "I'm here, all-British showdown" after Saturday's fight, but said on Monday that it "wasn't safe" for him to fight Khan...

Muhammad Ali And Laila Ali Remind Floyd Mayweather The Former Heavyweight Champ Is The Greatest Boxer

Muhammad Ali's tweet on social networking website Twitter

Undefeated world welterweight boxing champion, Floyd Mayweather, recently slammed legendary heavyweight champ, Muhammad Ali, stating he is not the greatest boxer of all time. The comments were made during an interview with ESPN's Stephen Smith. Mayweather insulted Ali stating, "So you gonna tell me it's cool to lay on the ropes, take punishment, then land a few punches."  Mayweather further stated he has been through racism as well, not truly realizing what Ali faced during the civil rights era is infinitely worse.

Floyd Mayweather faces Manny Pacquiao on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The fight is also available on Pay Per View. Check your local listings.

Ali took to Twitter shortly after and posted the comment, "'Don't you forget, I am the greatest!' #MuhammadAli." The champ's daughter, Laila Ali, also reminded website TMZ that her dad is the greatest boxer. I don't know why I'm defending a man who tried to nail my mom and offered to kick my dad's butt in exchange for her (LOL) but Mayweather should not have insulted the man most view as the top boxer ever to hit the ring.

Floyd Mayweather's Daughter Gets Jumped By Girls In A Fight At School And Wins

She Fights Like Her Daddy!

Floyd Mayweather and daughter Iyanna

Floyd Mayweather's 13-year-old daughter, Iyanna "YaYa" Mayweather, was jumped at school by a group of girls...and won the fight. A video was posted online of the scrap and later deleted. Iyanna posted about the incident on Instagram, stating despite being outnumbered, she walked away from the fight without a scratch on her. Do we have a baby Laila Ali here.

Mayweather purchased this Rolls Royce for his daughter

Mayweather recently bought Iyanna's mother, Melissa Brim, a $400,000 Rolls Royce, stating he wants his daughter to be driven around in style. The move may have evoked jealous from some of Iyanna's school peers, leading to the fight. Iyanna is stating the dispute is not over. However, she should avoid another confrontation, as their parents could sue her dad, even though their children started the fight.

Laila Ali Clowns Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Over Their Baby's Name North Labeling It 'Stupid' (Video)

Award winning boxer, Laila Ali, daughter of boxing legend, Muhammad Ali, gave a candid interview this week, clowning reality star Kim Kardashian and rapper Kanye West, for naming their daughter North. She stated the name choice is "stupid" and that parents need to think about what their children will go through in life having certain given names.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian

Hollywood celebrities are eccentric and like to give their kids unconventional names. I'd like to offer a few suggestions for the kooky parents-to-be in Hollywood. If it's a boy you could name him Pinenuts, Centipede, Trek, Tarmac or Tarpaulin. If it's a girl you could name her Menstrual, Echinacea or B12. You're welcome.

Halle Berry's Ex Gabriel Aubry's Battered Face Presents Modeling Problem

Gabriel Aubry

37-year-old model, Gabriel Aubry, the ex-boyfriend of Academy Award winning actress, Halle Berry, 46, who attacked her fiancé, former boxer and actor, Olivier Martinez, took a pretty bad beating. Being a model, this is not a positive development.

Halle Berry

First of all, the Judiciary Report would like to state, it wasn't a good idea challenging a boxer to a fight. Seriously, who does that? You think I would talk smack and challenge Laila Ali or Nicola Adams to a fight - I think not. They could call me some serious names and I would be like *pointing* "YOU KNOW WHAT GIRL... you're probably right" and walk away with not a single scratch on my face (LOL). I would go totally punk. But if it were someone short like Kylie Minogue, then yea, I'd talk all the smack I wanted (just teasing).

Nahla Aubry and Halle Berry

Models generally don't like their faces getting jacked up in fights, as that's their meal ticket. Aubry should not have done this, as his looks are his paycheck. What if his dermatologist or plastic surgeon can't repair the damage. Then what. Oh yea, that's right, the judge unjustly awarded Aubry $250,000 per year in child support payments at Berry's expense.
