The Intelligence Community Attributes Downing Of Russian Airplane In Egypt To A Bomb Placed By Terror Group ISIS

Russian Metrojet plane used for Flight 9268

British and American intelligence communities have respectively attributed the downing of Russia's Metrojet Flight 9268 On October 31, 2015 to the terrorist group ISIS. The flight was departing from the Egyptian resort of Sharm el-Sheikh, returning Russian tourists to Saint Petersburg, Russia. Flight 9268 had 224 innocent civilians aboard, including a 10-month old baby girl, none of whom deserved to be killed.

Both the British and American governments have stated they picked up intelligence indicating the plane was brought down by an incendiary device and report they heard Jihadists cheering on mobile phone calls regarding their terrorist plot targeting the aircraft. Select airlines in Britain had also stopped flying over the region (Sinai), after a missile came within 1,000 feet of a Thomson Airways airplane in August 2015.

Jay Z's 'Big Pimpin' Copyright Infringement Lawsuit Dismissed On Corrupt Technicality

The copyright infringement lawsuit against rapper Jay Z over his foul, explicit song "Big Pimpin" has been thrown out of court by a U.S. federal judge (*feigns surprise*). The lawsuit contends frequently sued copyright infringers, rapper Jay Z and producer Timbaland, used a sample of the preexisting song "Khosara Khosara" without the permission of the copyright holder. The lawsuit was brought by Osama Fahmy, the current owner of the song, written by his uncle, the late Baligh Hamdi.

U.S. federal judge Christina Snyder basically ruled Egyptian law does not apply in America and Jay Z and Timbaland are allowed to steal his music. Technically, the judge is correct in stating Egyptian law does not apply in America. However, the United Nations' Berne Convention does, as America is signatory to it and it covers the breadth of copyright law.

At the end of the day, if the copyright owner does not want you using their work, you have no business doing so. If defeats the purpose of ownership and intellectual property laws that any idiot can steal something and use it against the wishes of the copyright owner. It constitutes fraud, financial fraud, conversion, grand theft larceny and copyright infringement.

If foreign recording artists began stealing Jay Z and Timbalands songs, using them abroad and making money off them while stating American law does not apply in their nations, the two men would be livid (and knowing Jay Z and his legal track record he would willfully commit acts of assault, attempted murder or murder). However, they expect to do this to others and get away with it, as the U.S. federal court system is unequivocally the most corrupt in the world. 99.9% of copyright cases are questionably thrown out by a federal judge before it gets the chance to reach an American jury to decide the merits of the case. That is disgraceful. Hollywood is an industry of thieves.

ISIS Beheading 10 Coptic Christians Leads To Air Strike Bombings By The Egyptian Government (Video)

Terrorist group ISIS, beheaded 10 Coptic Christians in Libya, leading to the government of the victims' homeland, to launch air strikes against the terror outfit. ISIS  released the gruesome video to the internet of the 10 men being beheaded. The video hints at a planned attack against Rome, Italy.

The terror group has been kidnapping people and demanding ransom from their respective nations lest they kill the hostages. ISIS has killed hostages from several nations, while trying to negotiate exorbitant financial terms for their release, deceitfully using victims who are deceased. The world has spoken out in outrage against ISIS, due to their acts of murder and violence, plaguing innocent citizens, who have been killed.

President Obama is seeking clearance from the U.S. Congress to conduct military operations against ISIS, which will mean certain death for the terrorists, at the hands of one of the most advance militaries in the world. However, many are concerned regarding what is known as collateral damage, the innocent civilian lives that would be lost.

Questions need to be answered. Who is ISIS. Who is their founder. Who are their members. Exactly where are they located. What is their ideology. How much money do they have. Where did their money come from. What are there future plans.

Egypt Conducts Airstrikes on Islamic State Targets in Libya

FEB. 16, 2015 - CAIRO — The Egyptian military said on Monday that it carried out airstrikes in Libya in retaliation for the beheading of more than a dozen Egyptian Christians by a branch of the Islamic State extremist group there. In a statement Monday morning, the Egyptian military said that it had conducted airstrikes against training camps and arms depots of the Islamic State group in Libya, but it did not provide details about the targets.

The airstrikes are a dramatic escalation of Egypt's role in the continuing battle between armed factions in Libya for control of the country. With the backing of the United Arab Emirates, Egypt has worked covertly to support a Libyan general who is fighting to take back the capital and much of the coast from a rival coalition of militias, some of them made up of Islamist extremists.

In a televised address late Sunday night, President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi of Egypt vowed that his country would choose the "necessary means and timing to avenge the criminal killings."...

Egypt's richest man, accomplished business mogul, Naguib Onsi Sawiris, has expressed his concerns regarding how Coptic Christians, such as himself, will be treated under the newly elected Islamist government, the Muslim Brotherhood, headed up by President Mohammed Mursi. Former President, Hosni Mubarak, was toppled under tumultuous circumstances and recently suffered a coma inducing stroke. Egypt is 90% Muslim and 10% Coptic Christian.

Sawiris' wealth is estimated at $2.5 billion dollars and he chairs the multi-national companies Wind Telecom and Orascom Telecom Holding. Sawiris was quoted as stating, "There are fears of imposing an Islamic state ... where Christians don't have same rights. Morsi is required to prove the opposite. ... We don't want speeches or promises, but in the coming period, it is about taking action. ... He was not our choice but we are accepting it is a democratic choice."   

It is the website's hope that the people of Egypt will turn a new page and live in unity, after the turmoil that transpired over the past year. Egyptians, like all other global citizens, must dwell and work in peace and safety in their sovereign land. People's rights must be respected, as this is a universal concept that at times, has been sorely lacking in our world.

CBS News correspondent, Lara Logan, was attacked by a mob of 200 men in Cairo, Egypt, while reporting on celebrations over the ouster of President Mubarak. Logan was sexually assaulted and severely beaten for 20-30 minutes, as the mob chanted "Jew!" "Jew!" Poor lady. That's awful. A group of kind Egyptian women and members of the military rescued her.

This brings me to my question. How did this mob of men in Egypt know Logan was Jewish, when she looks so Anglo-Saxon. She also has an Anglo name. Living among many ethnicities and nationalities, Jewish included, I have learned a lot of positive cultural things about others and I did not think she was anything other than Anglo-Saxon in looking at her.

Now that President Hosni Mubarak has been deposed, Egyptians have only one thing to say, "Show me the money!" Seriously, authorities have begun the arduous process of tracing billions of dollars, said to have been stolen by the Mubarak regime. He is alleged to have used state funds to buy a fortune in real estate and other assets in America, Britain and the Middle East.

Mubarak went into office with very little and left a billionaire. This to many, indicates the pilfering of the national treasury for personal enrichment. Mubarak's accounts in Britain are candidates for seizure, with further asset searches being conducted.

Mubarak's son lives in a $35 million dollar London home in Belgravia, bought with state funds. It should be seized, auctioned and the funds given to the people of Egypt.

Why oh why, when people go into office, they do not resist the temptation of taking the People's money. It happens all over the world and there needs to be greater international accountability. Even in democratic nations, men such as former U.S. President, George W. Bush, engaged in double dealing in office, to enrich himself, his family and cronies to the tune of billions, at the American people's expense.

Portions of the beating were caught on tape. The CNN anchor was attacked a second time, while trying to switch hotels. He and his coworkers were set upon outside the hotel he was departing, as local men smashed the windshield and windows of their car, then tried to pull them out of the vehicle.

Days ago, internet service to the nation was also cut off by the Egyptian government, in a bid to block all transmission of the uprising. Anti-American sentiment is high in Egypt today, as some blame the U.S. government for inciting the uprising and destroying their government and country, according to ABC News anchor, Diane Sawyer.

President Mubarak has been in power for 30-years, which is a long run for any head of state. In the face of the uprising, which includes a million protesters, Mubarak announced he would not seek reelection in September. However, many are demanding he resign and leave office today. As Mubarak sees it, such an action would lead to total chaos.

BEYONCE has come under fire for her lack of knowledge about ancient Egypt - by the country's INDIANA JONES.

Revered historian Zahi Hawass, Egypt’s chief Egyptologist, reportedly called the pop star a "stupid person" while speaking to journalists during Beyonce's recent tour of the Giza pyramids near Cairo...

The reporter says, "Then he stopped being diplomatic and said in anger, 'She’s a stupid person and she doesn’t understand a thing and she doesn’t want to understand... She’s coming here to take pictures and that’s it.'"

Terrorists Think Beyonce Is The Bomb

…Literally

Beyonce thinks she is the bomb, as the phrase goes. Apparently terrorists think so too, but not in the sense she does, as they want to bomb the weave wearing witch right out of her Dereon duds (Can I turn a phrase or what).

Threats are being issued if she tries to put on one of her usual half naked performances in Egypt. This is after Malaysia protested her planned show as well.

They may even devise a special booty bomb just for her. On the first butt shake it detonates. I know one thing, that weave would survive the blast. In short, don’t come to Egypt with your butt hanging out.
