Another BBC executive has been arrested for sex crimes. BBC producer, Benjamin Wilkins, 37, used hidden cameras to record himself having sex with different women. He placed the hidden cameras in his bedroom and bathroom, recording all the footage on DVD, without telling them.

The mother of his children found the DVDs and turned him in. He was arrested and sentenced to 9 months in prison. He must also register as a sex offender and be remanded to the list for 10-years. At his trial, his victims spoke of their disgust, trauma and how violated they feel.

Using hidden cameras to film people in your home, their homes, public bathrooms (toilets) or any other situation privacy is to be expected is illegal in Western countries such as Britain and America. Psychologists label said voyeurism a form of sexual dysfunction and mental illness. People that engage in such conduct are considered sex offenders.

BBC man who secretly filmed himself having sex with lovers is jailed

04.03.10 - A BBC producer was jailed for eight months today for secretly filming himself having sex with five women.

Benjamin Wilkins, 37, hid a camera in the smoke alarm above his bed and another in his bathroom. He kept the recordings on DVDs, each marked with the name of the woman and replayed for his sexual gratification...

One former lover said she needed counselling after discovering what Wilkins had done and felt “violated, sick, dirty and stupid”...

Wilkins, of Brixton, pleaded guilty to 11 charges of voyeurism between January 2005 and July 2008. Sentencing at Inner London crown court, Judge Roger Chapple said he was punishing Wilkins “not for your sexual appetite or morals, but the trust you calculatedly betrayed”. He added: “It's a cruel, selfish and serious betrayal of the trust [the women] had placed in you.”

The court heard that Wilkins's partner and mother of his two-year-old son had found the DVDs in his loft...On his release from prison, Wilkins must sign the sex offenders' register for 10 years.

Manchester United manager, Alex Ferguson, is facing sanctions if he continues to boycott the BBC, for doing a terrible piece on his son, who was later cleared of wrongdoing. I don't know why certain people at the BBC like to get so personal and defamatory with others, spooling in their family members into abuses of the Queen's airwaves.

Exactly who's running the BBC that they have fallen afoul of so many people. It is supposed to be a government trust, paid for by Britons' tax dollars, yet certain social and political activists seek employment there to incite trouble and their own agenda, that sometimes breaks the law.

LONDON — Manchester United will be punished by the English Premier League if manager Alex Ferguson keeps boycotting the British Broadcasting Corporation in the upcoming season.

Ferguson — the most successful manager in British soccer history — has refused to speak to the BBC for six years since an investigation was aired questioning the business dealings of his son Jason, who was then working as a soccer agent. He was not found guilty of wrongdoing.

The Premier League is introducing the new rule, which will take effect at the start of the season in August. It will force the 68-year-old Ferguson to speak to the BBC, which pays to show highlights of matches on its popular evening Match of the Day program, and BBC Radio Five Live, which airs live commentaries...

In an item mentioned in the August 2009 lawsuit Aisha v. FBI, regarding the BBC program "Doctor Who" using people's real names, images and likeness to base characters on, in violation of the law (Right To Publicity) the people behind the program admitted yesterday that they have done such things.

The writers of the show arrogantly proclaimed yesterday that they took the image and likeness of politicians and others, used it for the show, but added defamatory and unflattering items to it. Yesterday they admitted, they took Margaret Thatcher's name and made her into a very unflattering character named Rehctaht, which is her name spelled backwards.

Such conduct is plain lazy, uncreative, haughty, cowardly and nasty. However, what's your excuse when you criminally misappropriate the names, images and likeness of minors for your programming, which you did to two of my younger relatives, in being nasty to me in unprovoked conduct commissioned by Madonna (see: Madonna Violates The Privacy Of Minors), as mentioned in the aforementioned lawsuit. How do you justify doing such a thing to kids.

I wasn't kidding when I said I am going to sue you and write about you and I promise you, it will be emotionally painful, humiliating and spark changes to the law, when I get finished with you. Imagine that, using the Queen's airwaves to terrorize people.

Left-wing scriptwriters hired by the BBC during the 1980s tried to inspire a 'Tardis revolution' by using Doctor Who as propaganda to undermine the Tory prime minister.

In one serial they caricatured her as a vicious and egotistical alien ruler who banned outward displays of unhappiness among her downtrodden people and used a secret police to oppress dissidents.

Former actors and writers on the show admitted yesterday that there was also thinly veiled support for the miners' strike and the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament...

'The idea of bringing politics into Doctor Who was deliberate. We were a group of politically motivated people and it seemed the right thing to do.' ...

'I was very angry about the social injustice in Britain under Thatcher and I'm delighted that came into the show.'

But he added: 'Critics, media pundits and politicians didn't pick up on what we were doing. Nobody really noticed or cared.'

The ratings plunged to 3million and the series was taken off air, reappearing for a one-off episode in 1996 before the hit 2005 revival.

A BBC spokesman said: 'We're baffled by these claims. The BBC's impartiality rules applied just as strongly then as they do now.'

BBC Rebuffs Atheists

The BBC has rebuffed the requests of atheists to be featured on the religious program, "Thought for the Day." As a result, some atheists complained, but it has been found, the decision by the BBC, does not breach impartiality standards.

There is a move among some in the entertainment industry, to spread faithlessness and atheism in Britain, via television, radio and the internet. It has created hopelessness among some, especially children, who have been engaging in tragic knife and gun crimes, as they see no future for themselves, believing they simply exist with no self-worth, when they are so precious.

How is it good for society that children and adults should go around faithless, based on the agenda of a few. Stop disrespecting God and trying to infect others with that hopelessness and faithlessness. How is the world better, if it has no hope and faith.

BBC rejects call for non-religious speakers on Thought for the Day

Trust rules that Radio 4 programme does not breach impartiality by not including views from atheists, secularists and humanists.

The BBC Trust has rejected calls for non-religious contributors to be allowed on Radio 4's Thought for the Day.

Complaints were made earlier this year that banning atheists, secularist or humanists from taking part in Thought for the Day breached the BBC's guidelines on impartiality.

However, today the trust said it had found that Thought for the Day is "religious output and that it is a matter of editorial discretion for the BBC executive and its director general as editor-in-chief as to whether the BBC broadcasts a slot commenting on an issue of the day from a faith perspective".

The BBC Trust editorial standards chairman, Richard Tait, said: "We understand that some people feel strongly about this issue and have given it careful consideration.

"However, we have concluded that the current arrangements do not breach BBC editorial guidelines and specifically requirements of due impartiality in content." ...

Secular and humanist groups have long campaigned for the slot to be opened up to people outside of religious groups, and in January this year a non-religious version, called Thought for the Afternoon, was broadcast on Radio 4's Saturday afternoon programme, iPM...

This is a follow up to the articles Madonna Violates The Privacy Of Minors (October 7. 2009) and Did They Learn Nothing From Heath Ledger (October 8. 2009).

In the aforementioned articles, I wrote of the BBC's misconduct in conjunction with Madonna, as added to the Aisha v. FBI case, regarding the pedophilic tone present in their misdeeds.

One month later it has been announced, via a news release published yesterday, "Top BBC man charged in child sex probe." Think about it - top man at the BBC has been arrested as a pedophile.

By God's grace, the Judiciary Report has been proven right once again. Appalled, I kept wondering in my head and then in the aforementioned articles a month ago, how someone could do something so vile, as to violate the privacy of minors, as mentioned above in the October 7. 2009 article and transmit said contents on the airwaves as entertainment.

It takes an incredibly sick group of individuals, Kabbalah, to concoct and commit such depraved acts. Then again, depravity is Madonna's middle name.

No sane, non-pervert, non-pedophile, would think such conduct is acceptable human behavior (or lawful for that matter).

Don't drop the soap! Then again, you'd probably like that.

Now, if they'd only do a pedophile sting in Hollywood, but then again, the head of the FBI, Robert S. Mueller, doesn't believe in arresting rich and famous people. Therefore, known celebrity pedophiles are quite safe and behave very egregiously as such.

When you take shows such as "Skins" into consideration, replete with underage sex, 15-16 year-olds simulating sex on TV, even with teachers a decade or two older than they are, you realize a few rotten eggs have hatched at the BBC, influenced by cult behavior.

Kabbalah has a sick foothold at the BBC. The cult is actively breaking domestic and international law there and is going to bring the storied network crashing down.

First Kabbalah's front woman Madonna and her aforementioned madness at the BBC (Aisha v. FBI). Now, Lindsay Lohan, a Kabbalah actress audiences do not regard anymore and boycott in droves, with writers and producers refusing to hire her, has mysteriously been given a plum program at the BBC. Not to mention, another Kabbalah member, Gwen Stefani, has been living with a well-known BBC executive for years.

The BBC is a historic British institution and Britons are going to tar and feather you lot over the desecration and destruction of the network, with the trust governing the channel already scrambling to establish new ethics rules, in the face of all these scandals. Mark my words, this is not going to end well in terms of public reaction, regarding what those Kabbalah cult loons have in the pipeline.

Top BBC man charged in child sex probe

A senior London-based BBC producer has been charged following a police investigation into child sex abuse, it has been reported.

The employee was arrested as part of Operation Algebra, which led to the uncovering of Scotland's largest pedophile network earlier this year.

Detectives leading the inquiry alerted the Metropolitan Police and the man now faces court. Nearly 125,000 indecent images were seized during Operation Algebra which led to the conviction of eight men in May.

Iain Livingstone, Assistant Chief Constable of Lothian and Borders Police, told the Sunday Mail newspaper: "We referred a case involving a serious offender to the Met which involved a senior figure at the BBC.

"The individual was in a very senior position and he became apparent to us during Operation Algebra.

"We passed that information on and the individual has now been charged and is awaiting court."

A BBC spokeswoman said it would not be appropriate to comment.

Continuing the Judiciary Report's ongoing theme of denouncing the escalating violence in Hollywood programming, a recent study released this week revealed violence against women, teens and children on television is up by as much as 400%. The entertainment industry is delusional if it believes this does not have a negative impact on society.

There are ways to portray or imply violence on screen when it is integral to the movie or TV show, without it being overtly violent and gory.

I was watching a Hollywood movie on TV the other day and out of nowhere, the most violent scene occurred. I thought to myself, was that an eyeball that just flew across the screen? I mean, was that really necessary. Why be so graphic.

Several months ago, I was watching a TV show on BBC America called "Jekyll" which I don't recommend by the way. It was a remake of the classic tale "Jekyll and Hyde" but with a very sick, violent, unexpected twist.

For example, there was a scene in which a government rep went to speak to a man with a genetic issue and out of nowhere, he started behaving like a literal devil and slit the civil servant's throat with his fingernail, blood flying everywhere, this ugly, gaping wound appearing on screen, with the man struggling to breathe, falling to his knees and dying.

I was appalled and disgusted. And this program was on TV at about 8PM. All that gore and violence was disturbing and unnecessary. I was sorry I watched it.

Study: TV Violence Against Women Up 120%

Published: October 28, 2009 - Violence against women is increasing on TV, according to a new study from the Parents Television Council -- and its leaders are urging network exec to step in suggesting the violence could desensitize youths and cause incidents like the “horrendous gang rape” of a woman last weekend in Richmond, Calif.

“A wave of media violence is hitting the public like a tsunami,” said PTC president Tim Winter. He said not only are incidents of violence against women and girls increasing in storylines, but the violence is getting “more graphic and more gruesome.”

PTC’s study tracked depiction of “female victimization” and violence on primetime broadcast TV from 2004 to 2009, focusing on sweeps periods in February and May each year. It didn’t study cable, saying it didn’t have enough staff.

The study noted that depiction of violence overall has changed little over the years -- up 2 percent from 2004. Depiction of violence against women, however, was up 120 percent.

It said 29 percent of the incidents were beatings, 18 percent credible threats of violence, 11 perdent were shootings, 8 percent were rapes, 6 percent stabbings and 2 percent torture -- but that in 92 percent of the incidents, graphic violence against women was depicted, not just implied...

Violence against women, female teens, surges on TV

Wed Oct 28, 2009 4:24pm EDT - LOS ANGELES, Oct 28 (Reuters) - Incidents of violence against women on mainstream U.S. television has increased by 120 percent in the past five years, with the depiction of teen girls as victims rising by some 400 percent, the Parents Television Council said in a report on Wednesday.

The conservative media group said it was particularly disturbed by the use of violence against women in comedies and said it hoped TV networks and advertisers would stand up against the trend.

"I hope the industry will look at our data and be as shocked as I was," PTC president Tim Winter told reporters..
