Man Who Shot Texas Judge 4 Times Faces Prison In Case She Presides Over And Has Been Arrested In Separate Murder Case

28-year-old Chimene Hamilton Onyeri has been tied to the shooting of Texas judge, Julie Kocurek, but not charged for wounding the jurist in her Lake Austin driveway. Kocurek is presiding over a criminal case charging career criminal Onyeri with fraud. Onyeri's rap sheet is littered with offenses ranging from identity theft to murder. This week, he was detained in another case, charged with the murder of 31-year-old Jacobi Demon Alexander. Onyeri is accused of ambushing Alexander with the assistance of two men, shooting and killing him in a Houston, Texas apartment building.

Killing or wounding a judge will not make your criminal case go away. The judge's caseload is transferred to other judges in the district, who proceed with each case on the docket. Therefore, it is an exercise in futility trying to get rid of your case by getting rid of the judge. It will only lead to greater charges. The best thing to do is to stay out of criminal court by not engaging in behavior that jeopardizes your freedom. If you go around harming people, it proves that you should be in prison.

Police: Person of interest in judge's attack held in slaying

8:30 pm, Tuesday, November 10, 2015 - A man being investigated in the shooting and wounding of a Texas judge last week was charged Tuesday with murder in an unrelated Houston slaying, police said. Austin Police Chief Art Acevedo said Chimene Hamilton Onyeri, 28, is being held in Houston. A criminal complaint filed by the Harris County district attorney's office shows he's accused in the May 18 fatal shooting of 31-year-old Jacobi Demon Alexander.

Authorities say Alexander was walking through a common area of a Houston apartment complex when two men approached him and shot him several times. No motive was given for the slaying and the complaint didn't specify how Onyeri may be linked to it. Onyeri has a preliminary court appearance on the murder charge scheduled for Thursday. His lawyer, Michaela Cuellar, didn't respond to a message seeking comment.

American judge, Julie Kocurek, was shot four times in her driveway in a multi-million dollar dated community of West Austin, Texas. The judge was returning home in a vehicle with four passengers, when a bag left in her Tarrytown driveway, prompted her to exit the SUV to remove it. When Judge Kocurek did so, someone opened fire shooting her four times. The judge is expected to survive, but remains hospitalized.

28-year-old, Chimene Hamilton Onyeri, has been named as a person of interest in the case. Onyeri has a criminal record for identity theft, illegal weapons possession, marijuana possession and evading police. He was also arrested in 2008 for murder, but the case was dismissed. Authorities have not stated why or what his connection to Judge Kocurek is at this time. Onyeri’s father has provided an alibi for his son, stating he was at their home the entire night of the crime.

In general, you may not agree with a judge’s decisions, but you can’t take the law into your own hands and harm people. It is unlawful and uncouth. If a judge makes a corrupt decision (and I am not saying Kocurek did, as I know nothing about her cases) file a complaint with the appropriate judicial committee for your state. If that doesn’t work, leave it to God as he always brings justice.

AUSTIN, Texas -- A person of interest in the wounding of a Texas judge in a shooting last week was charged Tuesday with murder in an unrelated Houston slaying, police said. Acevdeo said Onyeri is a person of interest but hasn't been charged in Friday's "cowardly" attack on Judge Julie Kocurek, who was wounded as she arrived at her Austin home. Kocurek was hit with shrapnel and glass when a shooter opened fire, reports KHOU. Her injuries were not considered life-threatening but she remained hospitalized Tuesday. Children need proper care. They need proper nutritional meals, daily baths and constant supervision. If a person has certain negative habits and behaviors, it can prove detrimental to a child. Additionally, you can't leave a toddler in front of the TV for hours as a babysitter. Some unconfirmed studies indicate prolonged exposure to television screens is not good for toddlers' eyes. A disgruntled man, set his house on fire, got into his plane and deliberately crashed it into a Texas building, housing the U.S. tax revenue service known as the IRS. Employees were wounded and one is unaccounted for.

The pilot, Joe Stash, who died in the blaze, left a note behind espousing violence. It was initially thought he crashed into the building housing the FBI, but that property is located a few units over.

A U.S. law official identified the pilot as Joseph Stack and said investigators were looking at an anti-government message on the Web linked to him. The Web site outlines problems with the IRS and says violence "is the only answer." ...

"I saw it written once that the definition of insanity is repeating the same process over and over and expecting the outcome to suddenly be different. I am finally ready to stop this insanity.
