Michael Jordan Asks Court To Throw Out Paternity Case By Aspiring Rapper's Mother

Basketball legend, Michael Jordan, via his attorneys, has filed a motion to dismiss document in the paternity case brought against him by Pamela Smith on behalf of her son, Taj Jordan, real name, Grant Pierce Jay Jordan Reynolds, who is an aspiring rapper. Smith is a love instructor who teaches couples how to perform oral sex (yea, that'll look really good in court - not really).

It is alleged that Jordan and Smith had a sexual affair during his marriage to Juanita Vanoy. Jordan and Vanoy are now divorced, in a union that spawned three children, all of whom the basketball player has acknowledged and supported. Jordan is currently engaged to Miami psychologist, Yvette Prieto.

In court documents filed with judge Besonetta Tipton Lane, famous for presiding over high profile marriage and custody cases regarding singer Usher and basketball player, Allen Iverson, Jordan denies all of Smith's claims and rejects her requests for financial support. Jordan has retained Usher's attorney.

Jordan referred to the case as an abuse of the legal system and further commented through his rep, "Public records show that the paternity of the child was established in a prior case in this same court many years ago and that Michael Jordan is not the father. He also filed a  counterclaim seeking sanctions for the false claims made against him. It is unfortunate that well-known figures are the target of these kind of claims. Michael Jordan will vigorously defend himself and his reputation."

I feel sorry for this kid, because if his mother has lied to him about the identity of his father, he is in for a world of embarrassment, ridicule, disappointment and emotional trauma. Women, be truthful with your children from the start. They at least deserve that.

Tameka Foster, the ex-wife of singer Usher Raymond, has really opened a can of worms in slamming Atlanta, Georgia judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane, for awarding the R&B crooner custody of their children, after his lawyers gave her hefty campaign donations ($25,000). Allen: no she can't be my judge

As a result of the ruckus, the FBI opened a case into judicial corruption (oh, those judges are going to get you Tameka). Now famous basketball player, Allen Iverson, has asked Lane to recuse herself from his case as well, fearing she will do to him what she did to Foster, as his wife's attorneys are the same lawyers who represented Usher. He even cites the case in his legal filing. In short, Lane's name is gone.

All I know is, Tameka better watch her back and not even get so much as a parking ticket or jaywalk in Georgia, because that judge will get her or get one of her fellow jurists to do it. You see, when one judge is offended that you've called out their corruption, they'll rope their buddies into it in trying to mess up your legal rights (*looks at Miami Federal courthouse* I'm gonna make you guys internationally famous with my film and you've earned it).

Hoopz Reality TV star, Hoopz, from the television show, "Flavor of Love" has been named as the troublemaking adulteress in a few high profile marriages, such as those of basketball players, Dwayne Wade and Allen Iverson and the engagement of rapper T.I, to singer Tameka Cottle (Tiny). She has been seen several times in the company of rapper TI, who is supposed to be getting married shortly. That's the thanks Cottle gets for waiting for him, while he was in prison on gun charges. Hoopz is sadly comfortable with her role as a homewrecker. Hopefully she will change her conduct, as that is not God's will for her life. She is one of many in the entertainment industry all too glad to play that part, regardless of who gets hurt. So many high profile marriages and relationships end in disaster and usually due to infidelity. It is often men that refuse to say no to temptation and it ends up costing them more than they bargained for, in and out of court.
