In some U.S. cities, it is illegal to wear one's pants sagging. The
Judiciary Report and others have repeatedly asked pop singer Justin Bieber
to pull up his sagging pants and the little Ellen Degeneres look-alike
refused. To poke fun at us, Bieber put on a pair of skin tight jeans and
tank top, reminiscent of John Travolta in the movie "Grease."

Bieber posted the photo on Twitter with the caption, "To those of u
who tell me not to sag my pants. Double think that." Correction. I
still don't want to see your pants dragging behind you like you have a
diaper full of poo, Bieber. Pull them up.
