R&B singer and womanbeater, Chris Brown, has been on the
European leg of his current controversial tour in support of his flopped CD
"Fortune." The Judiciary Report has received word Brown has cheated on his two
girlfriends, Rihanna and Karruche Tran, with a blonde.

It's not the first time he has done so. Brown has been
stringing along Rihanna and Karrueche Tran, playing them against each other,
while sleeping with other women. Tran is more willing to let Brown do as he
pleases, but Rihanna has been very controlling, hypocritically getting angry
with him, while she trades sex for industry favors.
