According to reports, Vincent Herbert, the brother-in-law of singer Toni Braxton and label owner to entertainer Lady GaGa, suffered a pulmonary embolism and was hospitalized in serious condition. Herbert is married to reality star, Tamar Braxton, sister of the aforementioned Grammy winning star. The family was gearing up to launch the second series of their reality show "Braxton Family Values" when the tragedy struck.
