14-year-old Payton Wall, whose dad died in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack in America, wrote to President Obama, requesting to meet Canadian teen singer Justin Bieber. Instead of the Bieber, she got to meet Barack Obama. But girlfriend still reiterated her request to meet the Bieber, forcing Obama to concede knowing the teen star and stating Wall should be able to meet him soon. So much for that "Leader of the Free World" thing...
Side Bar: It was said Payton extended her hand to shake that of the President, but Obama gave her a hug instead. However, had she met Bieber she probably wouldn't have shook his hand - she would have hugged him and tried to run off with him (kidding).
