Fallen, troubled Disney star, Demi Lovato, 18, who is currently in rehab for drug problems, is going to be sued by her back-up dancer, Alex Welch, on charges of assault. Lovato hit Alex Welch so hard, it knocked her off a stool and left her with a black eye. Wow, these Disney stars really have issues.
