A frivolous lawsuit has been filed by a man named, Craig Smallwood, against NCsoft, the makers of the videogame, Lineage II. Smallwood is claiming in legal papers, he has become a video game addict, who no longer bathe, clothe or care for himself in any manner, due to Lineage II.
There is a simple solution to Mr. Smallwood's problems - turn the game off. He could do with a bit of counseling as well, to get him past this self-inflicted hurdle in his life, as most people do not have this problem.
And now for the shocker...a judge is actually allowing this case to proceed. It's amazing, so many serious cases need to be heard and are mysteriously dismissed, yet an item such as this receives clearance. What's next, Lindsay Lohan suing the cartels for making her addicted to cocaine.
