U.S. President Barack Obama, today struggles to keep his flatlining health care bill intact, pleading for additional time to debate its points in Congress. Obama's rivals, the Republican Party, are adamant the bill be destroyed and have vowed to vote in that direction.
Last year, the President left for Christmas vacation, believing the deal was sealed, only for it to unravel one month later, with the victory of Republican, Scott Brown, chipping away the much needed vote.
