Today Apple launched its music streaming service with rapper Drake as the face of the company. Drake bailed on Jay Z and Madonna's Tidal music streaming service the day before the launch of the now failed company. Reports indicate Drake was paid $19,000,000 by Apple to front their music streaming service, which is far more money than Tidal and anyone associated with it will make in profits.

News reports state Apple Music is in a position to gain greater revenues as it already has 8,000,000 credit cards on file for similar music services and will pitch music streaming to these preexisting customers as well as the general public. For a $9.99 music subscription fee to Apple Music one can stream an unlimited amount of music.
