Kanye West Charged With Assaulting Photographer Faces One Year In Jail

Rapper and reality star, Kanye "drop kick a photographer" West has been appropriately charged with assaulting a paparazzo on July 19, 2013. Many of you remember the film footage of West throwing a tantrum, demanding the pap stop speaking to him. When he didn't, West charged at the paparazzo and assaulted him, in conduct that is illegal. Kanye, what would little North say. Oh yea, that's right, she can't speak yet. Never mind.

Kanye better get ready to write a check, because when Allred gets involved, she goes public with her clients via press conferences and the bad publicity starts rolling in.
